【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟與科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,企業(yè)的存活環(huán)境正在發(fā)生根本的變化,企業(yè)面臨的市場形勢更加復(fù)雜多變、競爭激烈、需求苛刻。工業(yè)化時代形成的企業(yè)管理模式與運作方式難以適應(yīng)市場競爭與社會經(jīng)濟進一步發(fā)展的需要,應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)和新的管理思想與策略對企業(yè)管理進行根本的革新以提高企業(yè)素質(zhì)與市場競爭優(yōu)勢,已成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)求存活、求發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略措施。企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)因而得到不斷發(fā)展與日益廣泛的應(yīng)用。對于廣告印務(wù)行業(yè)而言,使用現(xiàn)代化的技術(shù)來加強公司內(nèi)部的管理,加強公司內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)的管理,對于整個公司內(nèi)部提高競爭力以及公司利益都有著很大的好處。 本文主要介紹了長沙眾聯(lián)廣告印務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計以及實現(xiàn)過程。本系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計過程中需要有較高的可移植性,因此選擇使用JSP動態(tài)網(wǎng)頁開發(fā)語言,使用JAVA面向?qū)ο蟮能浖O(shè)計語言,基于MVC (Model-View-Controller)架構(gòu),充分實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計過程中的視圖與數(shù)據(jù)處理的分離。本論文首先對于系統(tǒng)的需求進行詳細(xì)的獲取與分析,采用表格以及文字描述的方式對于需求進行闡述,在對于需求進行分析的時候采用用例圖以及用例描述表進行詳細(xì)的需求分析。然后根據(jù)需求分析對于系統(tǒng)進行詳細(xì)的功能設(shè)計,使用UML中的類圖以及時序圖對于系統(tǒng)的功能設(shè)計進行詳細(xì)的描述。在最后對于系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)進行詳細(xì)的描述,使用系統(tǒng)界面圖以及系統(tǒng)主要代碼的方式進行闡述,并且給出系統(tǒng)的測試用例。 本系統(tǒng)最終實現(xiàn)了對于長沙眾聯(lián)廣告印務(wù)系統(tǒng)中的基本資料設(shè)置管理、供應(yīng)商管理、客戶管理、業(yè)務(wù)管理以及財務(wù)管理等功能。對于公司所需要的基本的信息進行維護設(shè)置,并且對于與公司有往來的供應(yīng)商以及客戶的基本信息進行存儲,對于新生成的業(yè)務(wù)進行訂單設(shè)置和財務(wù)支付管理。 系統(tǒng)最終滿足了長沙眾聯(lián)廣告印務(wù)公司對于公司內(nèi)部基本事務(wù)的管理要求,系統(tǒng)的運行大大提高了公司內(nèi)部員工的工作效率。并且系統(tǒng)的部署降低了公司內(nèi)部的管理成本,提高了公司的效益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, the survival environment of enterprises is undergoing fundamental changes. The market situation faced by enterprises is more complex and changeable, the competition is fierce, and the demand is harsh. The enterprise management mode and operation mode formed in the industrialization era are difficult to meet the needs of market competition and the further development of social economy. It has become a strategic measure for modern enterprises to survive and develop by applying modern information technology and new management ideas and strategies to carry out fundamental innovation to improve their quality and market competitive advantage. As a result, enterprise management information system (MIS) has been continuously developed and widely used. For the advertising printing industry, the use of modern technology to strengthen the internal management of the company, strengthen the management of internal business, for the whole company to improve competitiveness and corporate interests have great benefits. This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation process of Changsha Zhonglian Advertising Printing Management system. The system needs high portability in the design process, so we choose to use JSP dynamic web page development language, JAVA object-oriented software design language, based on MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture, The separation of view and data processing in the process of system design is fully realized. In this paper, first of all, the requirements of the system are obtained and analyzed in detail, and the requirements are described in the form of tables and written descriptions. Use case diagrams and use case description tables are used to analyze requirements in detail. Then the detailed functional design of the system is carried out according to the requirement analysis. The class diagram in UML and the sequence diagram are used to describe the function design of the system in detail. In the end, the implementation of the system is described in detail, the system interface diagram and the main code of the system are described, and the test cases of the system are given. The system finally realizes the basic information management, supplier management, customer management, business management and financial management of Changsha Zhonglian Advertising Printing system. Maintain the basic information needed by the company, store the basic information of the suppliers and customers who have contact with the company, set up the order and manage the financial payment for the newly generated business. The system finally meets the management requirements of Changsha Zhonglian Advertising Printing Company for the basic internal affairs of the company, and the operation of the system greatly improves the working efficiency of the employees. And the deployment of the system reduces the internal management costs and improves the efficiency of the company.
