SCDN項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)與部署

【摘要】: CDN(Content Delivery Network互聯(lián)網(wǎng)內(nèi)容發(fā)布網(wǎng)絡(luò))技術(shù)是近年來在美國首先興起并迅速發(fā)展起來的一種解決互聯(lián)網(wǎng)性能不佳問題的有效手段。它是為能在傳統(tǒng)的IP網(wǎng)發(fā)布豐富的寬帶媒體內(nèi)容而特別優(yōu)化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋層。這樣的架構(gòu)使得CDN服務(wù)提供商能夠代表他們客戶,即內(nèi)容供應(yīng)商,向最終用戶提供盡可能好的體驗(yàn),避免不能容忍的網(wǎng)絡(luò)延遲。網(wǎng)通集團(tuán)在全國范圍內(nèi)部署SCDN(Smart CDN)系統(tǒng),為內(nèi)容提供商提供了更好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境和技術(shù)手段。 本文闡述了中國網(wǎng)通SCDN(二期)項(xiàng)目在上海本地實(shí)施的經(jīng)過。該項(xiàng)目作為網(wǎng)通集團(tuán)ICT業(yè)務(wù)的探索,實(shí)施前對于項(xiàng)目的可行性和具體實(shí)施過程,時(shí)間點(diǎn)把控等重要環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行論證。本文第二章從媒體內(nèi)容、網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理、技術(shù)體系和運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)等方面進(jìn)行了競爭分析,并從直接收益,間接收益和廣告收益等方面進(jìn)行了收益分析,最后運(yùn)用成本控制,工期控制和預(yù)算評估等方法進(jìn)行了必要的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范。 本文第三章的論述進(jìn)入項(xiàng)目實(shí)施階段,內(nèi)容包括制定并按照項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃表,從項(xiàng)目中關(guān)鍵的內(nèi)容方案設(shè)計(jì)、接口問題、硬件配置等多個(gè)方面結(jié)合實(shí)施過程的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行闡述。該項(xiàng)目為集團(tuán)大型項(xiàng)目,又為增值新業(yè)務(wù),因此安全性和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理必不可少,同時(shí)上海本地首次引入了群組項(xiàng)目管理的方法,確保集團(tuán)大型項(xiàng)目統(tǒng)一部署,以及各省分公司協(xié)調(diào)有序配合。在項(xiàng)目中后期,還制定了質(zhì)量和業(yè)務(wù)流程,確保系統(tǒng)上線后的合理,有效運(yùn)營。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行過程中,對于項(xiàng)目調(diào)整和變更內(nèi)容均做了詳細(xì)記錄。
[Abstract]:CDN (Content Delivery Network Internet content Distribution Network (CDN (Content Delivery Network) is an effective way to solve the problem of poor performance of Internet, which is the first to rise and develop rapidly in the United States in recent years. It is a specially optimized network overlay for distributing rich broadband media content in traditional IP networks. Such an architecture allows CDN service providers to represent their customers, content providers, to provide the best possible experience to end users and avoid intolerable network delays. Netcom Group deploys SCDN (Smart CDN) system in the whole country, which provides better network environment and technical means for content providers. This paper describes the implementation of China Netcom SCDN (Phase II) project in Shanghai. This project, as the exploration of ICT business of Netcom Group, demonstrates the feasibility of the project, the concrete implementation process, the time point control and other important links before implementation. The second chapter analyzes the competition from the aspects of media content, network management, technical system and operation experience, and analyzes the income from direct income, indirect income and advertising income. Finally, it uses cost control. The methods of time limit control and budget evaluation are used to prevent the risk. The discussion of the third chapter of this paper enters the stage of project implementation, including drawing up and according to the schedule of the project, designing the key contents of the project, interface problems, Hardware configuration and other aspects combined with the implementation of the actual situation described. The project is a large group project and a new value-added business, so security and risk management are essential. At the same time, a group project management method has been introduced locally in Shanghai for the first time to ensure the unified deployment of large group projects. As well as provincial branch coordination and orderly coordination. In the middle and late stage of the project, the quality and business process are also established to ensure the reasonable and effective operation of the system. During the course of the project, the project adjustment and change content are recorded in detail.
