面向個性化定制產(chǎn)品的人像三維建模技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:制造業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。制造業(yè)發(fā)展的一個重要趨勢就是不斷開發(fā)個性化定制產(chǎn)品,以滿足快速發(fā)展的市場需求。當前,一類與人像有關(guān)的個性化定制產(chǎn)品隨之產(chǎn)生,正逐漸形成一個潛在的巨大新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。 與人像有關(guān)的個性化定制產(chǎn)品的關(guān)鍵問題之一是人像三維建模。如何獲取逼真的三維人像模型是計算機輔助設(shè)計、計算機圖形學(xué)以及先進制造技術(shù)等領(lǐng)域中最具挑戰(zhàn)性的問題之一。人像三維建模最直接的方法是利用三維掃描設(shè)備獲取人像的三維點云,該方法雖然精度較高,但存在設(shè)備造價高、建模對象掃描不便、頭發(fā)對光的反射而難以掃描等問題。目前最主要的手段是利用二維圖像重構(gòu)人像三維模型,已廣泛用于人物動畫、影視廣告、游戲制作等虛擬場景中,所建立的模型主要是一種滿足視覺效果的紋理模型。但是這種人像三維模型要應(yīng)用到個性化定制人像產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中,仍存在如下幾個難點問題:1)所建立的模型不能直接用于產(chǎn)品加工制造;2)所建立的模型在特征點處有著較高的重構(gòu)精度,但在非特征區(qū)域和特征線處誤差較大,模型相似度不能滿足產(chǎn)品的開發(fā);3)缺少一種人像產(chǎn)品的顧客滿意度評價方法。 針對上述問題,本文主要研究如何利用二維圖像建立面向加工制造的相似度高的人像三維模型及其在個性化定制人像產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中的應(yīng)用,為形成一種新的產(chǎn)業(yè)提供理論方法和技術(shù)支持。研究內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾個方面: 首先,論述了個性化定制人像產(chǎn)品,建立了面向個性化定制產(chǎn)品的人像三維建模技術(shù)體系總體框架,包括建模關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和相關(guān)支撐技術(shù)。然后,對上述建模技術(shù)體系中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)展開了研究,包括三維人臉建模、三維皺紋建模、三維個性化發(fā)型建模和個性化定制人像產(chǎn)品的顧客滿意度評價技術(shù)。 三維人臉建模方面,提出一種基于通用模型和曲面約束變形的人臉建模方法,包括基于通用模型的個性化人臉宏觀變形和基于曲面約束變形的人臉模型優(yōu)化。其中,基于通用模型的個性化人臉宏觀變形包括二維特征點的定義和提取、三維特征點匹配以及通用模型的宏觀變形;基于曲面約束變形的人臉模型優(yōu)化方法包括基于點約束變形的人臉模型優(yōu)化、基于線約束的非均勻變形的人臉模型優(yōu)化和基于模板和曲面約束變形的耳朵模型優(yōu)化。 三維皺紋建模方面,提出一種基于形狀控制函數(shù)和自適應(yīng)細分的皺紋建模方法。其中,三維皺紋生成時,提出三個形狀控制函數(shù),即控制皺紋截面形狀的橫截面形狀控制函數(shù)(Cross-section Shape Control Function,CSCF)、控制深度方向變化的深度衰減函數(shù)(Depth Attenuation Function,DAF)和控制寬度方向變化的寬度衰減函數(shù)(Width Attenuation Function,WAF);并提出一種皺紋影響區(qū)域的定義方法和網(wǎng)格自適應(yīng)細分技術(shù),不僅保證了皺紋建模的效果,而且能提高建模效率。 三維個性化發(fā)型建模方面,提出一種基于體積和頭發(fā)簇的個性化發(fā)型建模方法。其中,頭發(fā)體積建模集成了基于點約束變形的體積生成方法、基于點自由變形的頭發(fā)邊緣修正方法、基于等距偏移的頭發(fā)體積快速生成方法以及基于模板的頭發(fā)體積生成方法;個性化頭發(fā)簇建模主要采用了基于線約束的非均勻變形的方法。 針對所建立的人像模型,提出一種個性化定制人像產(chǎn)品的顧客滿意度評價方法。通過研究個性化定制人像產(chǎn)品的顧客滿意度需求分析和評價模式,建立了包括技術(shù)性、品位性、經(jīng)濟性、效率性、服務(wù)性的顧客滿意度評價指標體系和顧客滿意度評價模型;該模型把顧客滿意度評價分為對虛擬產(chǎn)品的初評和對實際產(chǎn)品的總評,詳細介紹了各項指標值的量化方法。 最后,將上述方法應(yīng)用到個性化定制人像產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中,給出了三個綜合應(yīng)用案例:全部數(shù)控加工的三維人像產(chǎn)品、手工制作與數(shù)控加工一體化的真人產(chǎn)品以及個性化真人浮雕產(chǎn)品。案例結(jié)果表明,本文方法具有較好的建模效果,能為個性化定制產(chǎn)品開發(fā)提供一種理論方法和技術(shù)支持。
