大屏幕激光顯示系統(tǒng)掃描技術(shù)研究

【摘要】: 與普通光源發(fā)射的光相比,激光方向性強,單色性好,亮度高。用激光作為顯示光源顯示的畫面具有色彩豐富,分辨率高,亮度高等特點。大屏幕激光掃描顯示技術(shù)是利用激光的優(yōu)異特性,將計算機技術(shù)、激光技術(shù)和圖像處理技術(shù)融合在一起,應用于娛樂、廣告、電視等領(lǐng)域的一門新技術(shù)。大屏幕激光掃描顯示技術(shù)不但具有潛在的,巨大的經(jīng)濟價值,也具有良好的社會效益。本文圍繞大屏幕激光掃描顯示系統(tǒng)的掃描技術(shù)展開研究,主要內(nèi)容及創(chuàng)新點概括如下: 1.闡述了激光顯示技術(shù)研究的目的和意義,介紹了當前國內(nèi)外激光顯示技術(shù)和掃描器件的發(fā)展狀況,指出激光顯示技術(shù)是最有潛力的未來超大屏多媒體顯示的發(fā)展方向之一。 2.介紹了激光的輻射原理,簡要說明了激光器的分類,論述了激光二極管泵浦固體激光器的研究進展。 3.詳細比較了當前五種掃描技術(shù),比較確定了在本系統(tǒng)中采用雙振鏡技術(shù)進行掃描。 4.詳細論述了雙振鏡掃描系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,分析了圖像失真原因,包括枕形失真,焦點誤差和非線性失真,提出了相應的軟件或硬件校正方法。隨著振鏡性能的提高,雙振鏡掃描將會進一步滿足激光大屏幕顯示的要求。 5.設(shè)計了基于單片機的雙振鏡控制系統(tǒng),完成了對雙振鏡掃描模塊的控制,實現(xiàn)了將簡單圖形和文字在較遠距離大屏幕上準確顯示的目的。 6.提出了一種閉合路徑掃描法,最后針對單片機控制不能發(fā)揮振鏡最佳掃描速度的問題提出了用DSP進行控制,并做出了初步的設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:Compared with the light emitted by ordinary light source, the laser has strong directivity, good monochrome and high brightness. The display with laser as the light source has the characteristics of rich color, high resolution, high brightness and so on. Large screen laser scanning display technology is a new technology which combines computer technology, laser technology and image processing technology, and is used in entertainment, advertising, television and other fields. Large-screen laser scanning display technology not only has potential, huge economic value, but also has good social benefits. This paper focuses on the scanning technology of large screen laser scanning display system. The main contents and innovations are summarized as follows: 1. The purpose and significance of laser display technology are described, and the development of laser display technology and scanning device at home and abroad is introduced. It is pointed out that laser display technology is one of the most promising development directions of super large screen multimedia display in the future. The principle of laser radiation is introduced, the classification of laser is briefly explained, and the research progress of laser diode pumped solid state laser is discussed. In this paper, five scanning techniques are compared in detail, and it is determined that the double vibroscope technique is used to scan the system. 4. 4. The structure design of double vibroscope scanning system is discussed in detail. The causes of image distortion, including pillow distortion, focus error and nonlinear distortion, are analyzed, and the corresponding software or hardware correction methods are proposed. With the improvement of mirror performance, double mirror scanning will further meet the requirements of large laser screen display. The control system of double vibroscope based on single chip microcomputer is designed, and the control of scanning module of double vibroscope is completed. The purpose of displaying simple graphics and characters on a large screen over a long distance is realized. 6. In this paper, a closed path scanning method is proposed. Finally, aiming at the problem that the single chip computer can not control the optimal scanning speed of the vibrating mirror, a DSP control method is proposed, and a preliminary design is made.
