【摘要】：傳媒業(yè)作為一個(gè)較為特殊的行業(yè),其政治屬性和企業(yè)屬性決定了其發(fā)展模式和發(fā)展方向。近年來(lái),隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的到來(lái),加之文化體制改革和事業(yè)單位改革,中國(guó)傳媒業(yè)無(wú)論是在國(guó)際大環(huán)境的生存需要上,還是在適應(yīng)自身發(fā)展需求上,都面臨一個(gè)大變局。由于傳媒業(yè)的發(fā)展受到政策因素和其主要媒體傳播所覆蓋范圍內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、教育、人口等各種因素的制約,其生存狀態(tài)、發(fā)展模式、經(jīng)營(yíng)情況、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況各有不同。尤其是地市級(jí)媒體在生存和發(fā)展上所面臨的壓力更大,挑戰(zhàn)更大,同時(shí)也因?yàn)榈厥屑?jí)城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)迎來(lái)新一輪快速發(fā)展而面臨新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。 本文希望立足中國(guó)北方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相對(duì)落后地區(qū)傳媒業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展,以紅山晚報(bào)為例,進(jìn)行剖析,設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,探索發(fā)展路徑,分析外部環(huán)境,探討整合各種傳媒資源；以文化體制改革為契機(jī),思考經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)傳媒業(yè)發(fā)展的新方向,新途徑,尋找在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)中生存的支撐點(diǎn)和新渠道。在媒體建設(shè)和傳媒發(fā)展需求上,探討建設(shè)全媒體發(fā)展格局,在產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)上,探索走以報(bào)紙廣告經(jīng)營(yíng)為重點(diǎn)的多元化發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:Media industry as a relatively special industry, its political attributes and enterprise attributes determine its development model and development direction. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and society and the arrival of the network age, as well as the reform of the cultural system and the institutions, the Chinese media industry is not only in the need of survival in the international environment, but also in adapting to the needs of its own development. Are facing a big change. Because the development of the media industry is restricted by various factors such as economy, culture, education, population and so on, its living condition, development mode, management situation and competition condition are different. Especially, the prefecture-level media face more pressure and challenge in survival and development, and also face new development opportunities because of the new round of rapid development of the economy of prefecture-level cities. This paper hopes to base on the survival and development of the media industry in the relatively backward areas of economic development in northern China, take Hongshan Evening News as an example, analyze the development strategy, explore the development path, analyze the external environment, and discuss the integration of various media resources. Taking the cultural system reform as the turning point, this paper thinks about the new direction and new ways of the media industry development in the underdeveloped areas, and looks for the supporting points and new channels to survive in the market operation. In the aspect of media construction and media development demand, this paper probes into the pattern of construction of all media development, and explores the way of diversified development with emphasis on newspaper advertisement management in industrialization management.
