【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)多媒體技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的多媒體應(yīng)用層出不窮。IPTV業(yè)務(wù)是基于IP寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)的電視廣播業(yè)務(wù),作為一種新興的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù),為運(yùn)營(yíng)商提供了新的商業(yè)價(jià)值。IPTV業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)提出了很高的要求,如高帶寬、實(shí)時(shí)、高質(zhì)量等要求。其技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)難點(diǎn)是：如何接入直播電視節(jié)目?如何在有限的IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬下,為用戶提供盡可能高畫(huà)質(zhì)、低抖動(dòng)、可管理的電視節(jié)目?這將對(duì)IPTV的編碼技術(shù)、IP承載網(wǎng)絡(luò)的承載能力、全網(wǎng)的組播能力提出相當(dāng)大的挑戰(zhàn)。本文的研究正是從這幾個(gè)方面出發(fā)探討這些問(wèn)題。 寧夏IPTV系統(tǒng)全國(guó)首創(chuàng)性與寧夏廣電合作,接入寧夏廣電直播節(jié)目,形成獨(dú)特的“寧夏模式”,為IPTV節(jié)目?jī)?nèi)容運(yùn)營(yíng)提供了新的運(yùn)營(yíng)方式。為了更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)IPTV業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng),本文首先設(shè)計(jì)了寧夏IPTV的業(yè)務(wù)特性和系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)以及對(duì)承載網(wǎng)絡(luò)的帶寬和安全需求,結(jié)合目前寧夏電信互聯(lián)網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的IP城域網(wǎng)提出了改造方案并實(shí)施改造,解決了全網(wǎng)組播單播業(yè)務(wù)混合部署、組播復(fù)制點(diǎn)設(shè)置等問(wèn)題。 其次,本文還對(duì)IPTV系統(tǒng)融合手機(jī)電視業(yè)務(wù)以及戶外電子廣告業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的組網(wǎng)方案說(shuō)明。通過(guò)對(duì)IPTV系統(tǒng)的升級(jí)改造,確保IPTV業(yè)務(wù)在承載網(wǎng)中可靠運(yùn)行的同時(shí),為電信手機(jī)用戶提供手機(jī)電視業(yè)務(wù),戶外LED大屏提供集約化的廣告管理業(yè)務(wù),為IPTV系統(tǒng)融合新業(yè)務(wù)提供了有益參考。 最后本文針對(duì)未來(lái)IPTV系統(tǒng)發(fā)展做了探討,指出了IPTV業(yè)務(wù)今后大規(guī)模開(kāi)展后,必須對(duì)IPTV承載網(wǎng)及時(shí)調(diào)整,對(duì)IPTV的安全和穩(wěn)定都具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network multimedia technology, multimedia applications on the Internet emerge in endlessly. IPTV services are television broadcasting services based on IP broadband network, as a new kind of Internet services. IPTV provides operators with new business value. IPTV services put forward very high requirements for IP networks, such as high bandwidth, real-time, high quality and so on. The technical difficulties are: how to access live TV programs? How to provide users with the highest quality, low jitter and manageable TV programs under the limited IP network bandwidth? This will pose a great challenge to IPTV coding technology and IP bearer network's carrying capacity and the whole network's multicast capability. The research of this paper is from these several aspects to discuss these problems. Ningxia IPTV system is the first in China to cooperate with Ningxia Radio and Television to connect with Ningxia Radio and Television Live Program, forming a unique "Ningxia Mode", which provides a new operation mode for IPTV program content operation. In order to better realize IPTV service operation, this paper first designs the service characteristics and system structure of Ningxia IPTV, and the bandwidth and security requirements of carrying network, combining with the current situation of Ningxia Telecom Internet. The existing IP metropolitan area network (IP man) is reformed and implemented, which solves the problems such as the mixed deployment of multicast unicast services and the setting of multicast replication points. Secondly, the IPTV system integrated mobile TV service and outdoor electronic advertising service are described in detail. The IPTV system is upgraded to ensure that the IPTV service can run reliably in the carrying network, and at the same time, it can provide mobile TV service for the telecom mobile phone users, and provide intensive advertising management service for the outdoor LED large screen. It provides a useful reference for IPTV system to integrate new services. Finally, this paper discusses the development of IPTV system in the future, and points out that after the large-scale development of IPTV service in the future, it is necessary to adjust the IPTV carrier network in time, which is of great significance to the security and stability of IPTV.
