虹橋機場綠化發(fā)展研究

【摘要】: 虹橋機場始建于1920年,自1964年起開展民航運輸業(yè)務(wù),成為國內(nèi)第一個開通國際航線機場,在中國民航發(fā)展史上具有特殊的地位和影響,是全國機場發(fā)展的一個縮影。四十余年來反復(fù)擴建,特別在1988年民航體制改革后,虹橋機場擴建步伐加快,但土地使用權(quán)隨之劃分,主要分屬三家駐場單位,各自為政,長期以來缺乏統(tǒng)一、有效的總體規(guī)劃,導(dǎo)致建設(shè)管理混亂,機場區(qū)域綠化環(huán)境未能受到應(yīng)有的重視,景觀面貌相對落后。研究以歷史資料為基礎(chǔ),以虹橋機場為研究對象,通過調(diào)查、分析虹橋機場綠地情況和機場綠化的特殊性,揭示其真實水平和發(fā)展規(guī)律。 隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,機場綠化環(huán)境越顯重要,作為城市的窗口,它體現(xiàn)了一個城市園林和藝術(shù)水平,也是衡量一個城市經(jīng)濟和文化生活、精神文明的標(biāo)志。本文對虹橋機場綠化發(fā)展進行了較系統(tǒng)的研究,并積累了比較翔實的技術(shù)資料,為相關(guān)具體問題的進一步專題研究提供了基礎(chǔ),通過與中外機場的對比和分析,對虹橋機場發(fā)展中在管理和理念上等存在的問題、機場綠化的特殊要求等作了詳細(xì)描述,探索了改善生態(tài)環(huán)境、美化場容場貌、保障機場飛行安全等的管理思路和方法,并提出: 在完善機場總體規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ)上,進一步制定綠化專項規(guī)劃,一次規(guī)劃,分步實施,協(xié)調(diào)好中長期規(guī)劃目標(biāo)建設(shè)和近期景觀面貌改善的關(guān)系; 建管并重,加強綠化設(shè)計、施工、養(yǎng)護管理和執(zhí)法保護管理,針對機場不同分區(qū),注重樹種選擇滿足防火、滯灰塵、抗污染、降低噪音等要求,并盡量避免種植鳥嗜植物,滿足各功能分區(qū)的人性化、生態(tài)、空防和飛行安全、防災(zāi)抗災(zāi)功能要求; 景觀營造,綠化僅是一個方面,機場空間場地中的建筑、廣告、燈柱、架空線、路面及其鋪裝等均是影響景觀的因素,因此,必須因地制宜,進行全方位的梳理和設(shè)計,重點應(yīng)放在優(yōu)化各要素品質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)上,努力提高各要素之間整合程度,達到整體提升場區(qū)環(huán)境形象。 通過以上所論,希望本文能對上海機場的綠化建設(shè)管理有所啟示,乃至對全國機場尤其是擴建中的老機場的綠化建設(shè)管理研究具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Hongqiao Airport was founded in 1920. It has been the first international airline airport in China since 1964. It has a special status and influence in the history of China's civil aviation development. It is a microcosm of the development of national airports. After more than 40 years of repeated expansion, especially after the civil aviation system reform in 1988, the pace of expansion of Hongqiao Airport was quickened, but the land use right was divided into three resident units, each operating on its own, lacking unity for a long time. The effective overall planning leads to the confusion of construction management, the lack of due attention to the greening environment of the airport area, and the relative backwardness of the landscape. Based on the historical data and taking Hongqiao Airport as the research object, this paper analyzes the green space situation of Hongqiao Airport and the particularity of airport greening, and reveals its true level and development law. With the development of social economy, Airport greening environment is more and more important, as the window of the city, it reflects a city garden and art level, also is the symbol of a city's economic and cultural life, spiritual civilization. This paper makes a systematic study on the greening development of Hongqiao Airport, and accumulates more detailed technical data, which provides the basis for further special research on related specific problems, and through the comparison and analysis with Chinese and foreign airports, This paper describes in detail the problems existing in the development of Hongqiao Airport in terms of management and concept, and the special requirements for airport greening, and explores the management ideas and methods for improving the ecological environment, beautifying the appearance of the airport, ensuring the airport flight safety, etc. On the basis of perfecting the airport master plan, we should further formulate a special greening plan, make a one-off plan, implement it step by step, coordinate the relationship between the construction of the medium- and long-term planning objectives and the improvement of the landscape outlook in the near future, lay equal stress on the construction and management of the airport, and strengthen the greening design. Construction, maintenance management and law enforcement protection management, according to different districts of the airport, attention is paid to tree species selection to meet the requirements of fire prevention, dust retention, pollution resistance, noise reduction, etc., and to avoid planting birds and plants as far as possible, to meet the humanization of each functional zone, Ecological, air defense and flight safety, disaster prevention and mitigation function requirements; landscape construction and greening are only one aspect; buildings, advertisements, lampposts, overhead lines, road surfaces and their pavements in the airport space are all factors affecting the landscape, so, We must take measures according to local conditions and carry out comprehensive combing and design. The emphasis should be on the basis of optimizing the quality of the various elements, striving to improve the degree of integration among the various elements, so as to achieve the overall enhancement of the environmental image of the field area. It is hoped that this paper can enlighten the management of greening construction of Shanghai airport, and even have some reference significance to the study of greening construction management of the national airport, especially the old airport under expansion.
