【摘要】: 中國(guó)的報(bào)業(yè)企業(yè),已成為中國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)主體的重要組成部分,然而,多數(shù)時(shí)候,我們總以意識(shí)形態(tài)的角度來(lái)認(rèn)知它們,而沒(méi)有將它們放在市場(chǎng)主體以及運(yùn)作管理的基礎(chǔ)地位上來(lái)對(duì)待。 中國(guó)的報(bào)業(yè)企業(yè)不僅僅是新聞傳播媒體,它們?cè)诒举|(zhì)上更是企業(yè)主體,需要在實(shí)踐中面對(duì)諸多的企業(yè)管理問(wèn)題。本文中,作者從企業(yè)運(yùn)作管理的角度,對(duì)當(dāng)前中國(guó)報(bào)業(yè)企業(yè)的主要管理問(wèn)題包括采編、廣告、發(fā)行、印刷等進(jìn)行一一剖析,嘗試建立中國(guó)報(bào)業(yè)企業(yè)運(yùn)作管理的理論框架。在此基礎(chǔ)上,作者提出了評(píng)價(jià)報(bào)業(yè)企業(yè)運(yùn)作管理績(jī)效的簡(jiǎn)明指標(biāo)體系,并以福建省泉州晚報(bào)社為案例,對(duì)其運(yùn)作管理進(jìn)行整體評(píng)價(jià)、分析并提出改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)。 作者的觀點(diǎn)是,不論中國(guó)報(bào)業(yè)企業(yè)的運(yùn)作競(jìng)爭(zhēng)重點(diǎn),或著眼于黨報(bào)的權(quán)威性與穩(wěn)定性,或著眼于市民報(bào)的低成本與迅捷化,或著眼于行業(yè)報(bào)的專(zhuān)業(yè)化與服務(wù)性等等。在運(yùn)作管理過(guò)程中,它們都要完成采編、廣告、印刷與發(fā)行四大流程,從而將一份完整的報(bào)紙送抵最終消費(fèi)者即讀者。 作者提出,報(bào)紙的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)包括了新聞紙的材質(zhì)、外觀以及新聞報(bào)道本身等,而報(bào)紙的工藝類(lèi)型兼具了制造業(yè)與服務(wù)業(yè)的雙重性質(zhì)。在報(bào)紙的采編與印刷流程中,新聞紙、油墨、記者編輯的智力資源以及印務(wù)人員的勞動(dòng)等成為了輸入品,而一份圖文并茂、承載新聞報(bào)道與各種信息的報(bào)紙就是其輸出品;在報(bào)紙的廣告與發(fā)行流程中,盡管報(bào)紙本身并沒(méi)有發(fā)生多大改變,但是發(fā)行實(shí)現(xiàn)了報(bào)紙的第一次銷(xiāo)售,而廣告實(shí)現(xiàn)了報(bào)紙的第二次銷(xiāo)售,從而使報(bào)紙的商業(yè)價(jià)值大大超出其制造成本。
[Abstract]:Chinese newspaper enterprises have become an important part of the main body of China's market economy. However, most of the time, we always recognize them from an ideological point of view. Chinese newspaper enterprises are not only the media of news but also the main body of enterprises in essence. They need to face a lot of problems of enterprise management in practice. In this paper, from the point of view of enterprise operation and management, the author analyzes the main management problems of Chinese newspaper enterprises, including editing, advertising, distribution and printing, and tries to establish a theoretical framework for the operation and management of Chinese newspaper enterprises. On this basis, the author puts forward a concise index system to evaluate the performance of newspaper enterprises' operation and management, and takes Quanzhou Evening News Company of Fujian Province as an example, evaluates its operation management as a whole, analyzes and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. No matter the operation competition focus of Chinese newspaper enterprises, or the authority and stability of the party newspaper, the low cost and quickness of the citizen newspaper, or the specialization and service of the industry newspaper, etc. In the course of operation and management, they all have to complete the four major processes of collecting and editing, advertising, printing and distributing, so as to send a complete newspaper to the final consumer, that is, the reader. The author suggests that the product design of the newspaper includes the material of newsprint. The appearance and the news report itself, while the craft type of the newspaper has the dual nature of the manufacturing and service industries. In the process of newspaper collection and printing, newsprint, ink, the intellectual resources of journalist editor and the labor of printing staff become the input, and a newspaper that carries news reports and all kinds of information is its output. In the process of advertising and distribution of newspapers, although the newspaper itself has not changed much, the distribution has achieved the first sale of the newspaper, and the advertisement has achieved the second sale of the newspaper. As a result, the commercial value of newspapers far exceeds their manufacturing costs.
