【摘要】：第十一屆全國美展、lcograda世界設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)、中國廣告節(jié)、平面設(shè)計(jì)在中國(GDC)09展……一個(gè)個(gè)令人耳熟能詳?shù)拇笳乖谇锛鞠嗬^登場(chǎng)。不過對(duì)于很多專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)師來說,顯然即將于深圳舉辦的"09展"更令他們矚目。2008年底,深圳市被聯(lián)合國教科文組織授予"設(shè)計(jì)之都"的稱號(hào)。對(duì)于這一稱號(hào)的爭(zhēng)取,平面設(shè)計(jì)界功不可沒;而作為深圳市唯一的設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)組織,以及唯一獨(dú)立的平面設(shè)計(jì)師協(xié)會(huì)——深圳市平面設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)及其從1995年開始主辦的"GDC"雙年展顯然貢獻(xiàn)巨大。然而,正當(dāng)人們對(duì)"09展"充滿期待的時(shí)候,"平協(xié)"卻在為辦展經(jīng)費(fèi)而為難。"平協(xié)"只是一個(gè)由民間設(shè)計(jì)師自發(fā)組成的地方性非營(yíng)利組織,最早的"GDC"展是由"平協(xié)"理事們個(gè)人資助才辦起來的。"平協(xié)"的組織者們滿以為在"設(shè)計(jì)之都"的稱號(hào)成功獲得后,深圳市政府會(huì)提供更多的經(jīng)費(fèi)支持,然而最終得到的答復(fù)是,由于"經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)",不但今年政府撥款的額度會(huì)在往年(40萬)的基礎(chǔ)上有所減少,而且也不再由政府先行撥款,而是要求主辦者"自籌墊付,事后報(bào)銷"。消息傳出,深圳市平面設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)的兩位名譽(yù)主席、"GDC"展的主要組織者陳紹華和王粵飛先后通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)表達(dá)了個(gè)人的不滿。隨后,在陳紹華的個(gè)人博客中,設(shè)計(jì)界的眾多網(wǎng)友紛紛"跟貼",發(fā)表見解。有網(wǎng)友表示,在一個(gè)商業(yè)社會(huì)中舉辦設(shè)計(jì)大展,主要的反響是在圈內(nèi),因此其經(jīng)費(fèi)應(yīng)該由組織者拉贊助或者收取參賽費(fèi)等形式來解決,而不應(yīng)該首先想到通過政府索要納稅人的錢;但也有一些網(wǎng)友表示,"經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)"只是借口,設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)要走出"自說自話"的小圈子,必須由政府通過具體行動(dòng)提供更多的扶持,政府也應(yīng)該盡自己對(duì)"設(shè)計(jì)之都"的責(zé)任與文化擔(dān)當(dāng)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的言論不代表本刊的立場(chǎng)。與學(xué)理化的設(shè)計(jì)批評(píng)相比,盡管網(wǎng)友的言論往往帶有感性和極端的色彩,但這些觀點(diǎn)鮮明的留言顯示,人們期待的并不是政府為一次設(shè)計(jì)展覽提供多少經(jīng)費(fèi),而是期待設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)得到政府更切實(shí)的支持與全社會(huì)的關(guān)注。

At the end of 2008, Shenzhen was awarded the title of "Design Capital" by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). For this title, the graphic design sector has contributed to this; and as the only design industry organization in Shenzhen, And the only independent graphic designers association-Shenzhen graphic Design Association and its "GDC" Biennale since 1995 obviously contributed greatly. However, at a time when people are looking forward to 2009, the Ping Association is struggling to fund the show. " The Ping Association is only a local non-profit organization composed of private designers, and the earliest "GDC" exhibition was run with the personal support of the Council's directors. " The organizers of the Ping Association thought that after the title of "design capital" was successfully won, the Shenzhen municipal government would provide more financial support. However, the final reply was that Due to the "economic crisis", not only will the amount of government grants this year be reduced from the previous year (400000), but will no longer be funded first by the government. Instead, organizers will be asked to "raise their own funds and reimburse them afterwards." According to the news, two honorary presidents of the Shenzhen graphic Design Association, Chen Shaohua and Wang Guangfei, the main organizers of the "GDC" exhibition, have expressed their personal dissatisfaction through the Internet. Subsequently, in Chen Shaohua's personal blog, many netizens in the field of design "follow" to express their opinions. Some netizens said that the main response to holding a design exhibition in a commercial society is within the circle, so its funding should be settled by the organizers, such as soliciting sponsorship or charging participation fees, etc. But some netizens say that the "economic crisis" is just an excuse, and that if the design industry is to get out of the "self-talk" coterie, it must be given more support by the government through concrete actions. The government should also do its part in the responsibility and culture of the design capital. The comments on the Internet do not represent the position of the journal. Compared with physical-chemical design criticism, although netizens' comments tend to be emotional and extreme, the messages from these views show that people are not expecting much from the government for a design exhibition. But expect the design industry to get more practical support from the government and the attention of the whole society.
