【摘要】: 噴墨寫真機是一種主要應用于廣告領域的計算機外部設備。電子技術的發(fā)展和可編程邏輯器件的出現(xiàn),極大地促進了噴墨寫真機技術的發(fā)展,使得高速的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸和高精度的噴墨控制成為可能。 本文分析了噴墨寫真機的工作原理,比較了噴墨寫真機常用的幾種構架,提出了一種基于PC機+主控制板(ARM)+小車驅動板(FPGA)的新構架。該構架充分利用PC機的強大數(shù)據(jù)處理功能,減輕了下位機的負擔,減少了設計成本和開發(fā)周期。 文中重點介紹了熱發(fā)泡式噴頭的工作原理,結合該類型噴頭,設計了一種基于可編程邏輯器件FPGA的噴墨寫真機噴頭并行驅動系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)具有噴頭狀態(tài)檢測功能,方便用戶排除故障,提高工作效率。利用FPGA對USB控制器進行讀寫操作,實現(xiàn)了與PC機的高速數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。為了滿足大容量的數(shù)據(jù)存儲要求,基于FPGA設計了SDRAM控制器,控制SDRAM的數(shù)據(jù)存儲。最終實現(xiàn)了打印介質幅寬150cm,打印速度22m2/h,打印精度1200*600DPI,基本達到了國外主流樣機的性能。
[Abstract]:Inkjet photograph machine is a kind of computer peripheral equipment which is mainly used in advertisement field. The development of electronic technology and the appearance of programmable logic device have greatly promoted the development of inkjet photofinishing machine technology. Make high-speed data transmission and high-precision inkjet control possible. In this paper, the working principle of inkjet photofinishing machine is analyzed, and several frameworks of inkjet photofinishing machine are compared. This paper presents a new frame based on PC main control board (ARM) car driving board (FPGA), which makes full use of the powerful data processing function of PC and reduces the burden of lower computer. Reduced design cost and development cycle. In this paper, the working principle of hot foaming nozzle is introduced, combined with this type of nozzle. In this paper, a parallel driving system based on FPGA is designed. The system has the function of detecting the state of the jet head, which is convenient for the user to troubleshoot. In order to meet the requirement of large capacity data storage, the high speed data transmission with PC is realized by using FPGA to read and write the USB controller. A SDRAM controller based on FPGA is designed to control the data storage of SDRAM. Finally, the printing medium width is 150 cm and the printing speed is 22 m2 / h. The printing accuracy is 1200 DPI, which basically achieves the performance of the foreign mainstream prototype.
