【摘要】：隨著新技術(shù)的產(chǎn)生,通信企業(yè)體制改革的進(jìn)一步深化,國(guó)內(nèi)電信企業(yè)面臨著越來(lái)越激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,為了進(jìn)一步拓展市場(chǎng),保持本地市場(chǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位,提高運(yùn)營(yíng)收入和利潤(rùn),所以開發(fā)適應(yīng)電信行業(yè)的渠道集中運(yùn)營(yíng)管理系統(tǒng)。 論文在介紹了電信行業(yè)渠道集中運(yùn)營(yíng)管理系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目背景之后,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的研究意義與與研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行探討,闡述了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)方法及相關(guān)技術(shù),包括面向?qū)ο蠓椒�、�?shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)、UML建模技術(shù)和相關(guān)開發(fā)技術(shù)等；論文提出了系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)的需求分析,包括業(yè)務(wù)需求分析、功能需求分析、數(shù)據(jù)需求分析和非功能需求分析,業(yè)務(wù)需求分析給出了渠道規(guī)劃支撐活動(dòng)圖、廣告投放活動(dòng)圖、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)圖、渠道營(yíng)銷任務(wù)活動(dòng)圖,功能需求分析給出了渠道規(guī)劃管理用例圖、廣告投放用例圖、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手渠道管理用例圖、渠道營(yíng)銷任務(wù)管理用例圖、用戶管理用例圖、日志管理用例圖、渠道信息管理用例圖,數(shù)據(jù)需求分析給出了渠道規(guī)劃管理類圖縮略表示、廣告投放類圖縮略表示、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手渠道管理類圖縮略表示、渠道營(yíng)銷任務(wù)管理類圖縮略表示、用戶管理類圖縮略表示、日志管理類圖縮略表示、渠道信息管理類圖縮略表示；在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì)、功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì),總體設(shè)計(jì)包括渠道規(guī)劃管理、廣告投放、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手渠道管理、渠道營(yíng)銷任務(wù)管理等功能模塊,功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)給出了渠道規(guī)劃管理、廣告投放、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手渠道管理、渠道營(yíng)銷任務(wù)管理和用戶管理模塊的功能結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、類圖設(shè)計(jì)、動(dòng)態(tài)圖設(shè)計(jì)和處理流程設(shè)計(jì),數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)包括實(shí)體關(guān)系設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)體關(guān)系設(shè)計(jì)給出實(shí)體類間的關(guān)系圖,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表設(shè)計(jì)給出了基本的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)信息表,最后對(duì)論文進(jìn)行總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of new technology and the further deepening of communication enterprise system reform, domestic telecom enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition environment, in order to further expand the market, maintain the local market leadership. Increase operating income and profit, so develop a centralized operating management system suitable for the telecommunications industry. After introducing the project background of the telecom channel centralized operation management system, this paper discusses the significance and content of the project, and expounds the system development method and related technology. It includes object-oriented method, database technology, UML modeling technology and related development technology. The paper presents the detailed requirements analysis of the system, including business requirements analysis, functional requirements analysis, data demand analysis and non-functional requirements analysis, business requirements analysis gives the channel planning support activities diagram. Advertising campaign chart, competition market activity diagram, channel marketing task activity diagram, functional demand analysis gives the channel planning management use case diagram, advertising use case diagram, competition channel management use case diagram. Channel marketing task management use case diagram, user management use case diagram, log management use case diagram, channel information management use case diagram, data demand analysis give the channel planning management class diagram abbreviated. Advertisement placement class chart abbreviations, competitors channel management class diagram abbreviations, channel marketing task management class diagram abbreviations, user management class diagram abbreviations, log management class diagram abbreviations. Abbreviated representation of channel information management class diagram; In the system design, the overall design of the system, functional module design and database design, the overall design includes channel planning management, advertising, competitors channel management. The functional module design of channel planning management, advertising, rival channel management, channel marketing task management and user management module. Class diagram design, dynamic graph design and process design, database design includes entity relationship design and database table design. The basic database information table is given in the design of database table. Finally, the paper is summarized and prospected.
