論佛教雕塑東來以后造像造型的根本變因

【摘要】: 如果將佛教雕塑拿去,中國古代雕塑將無法想象。中國佛教雕塑源于印度,印度雕塑又源于古希臘,可是中國雕塑與西方雕塑卻大不同,西方雕塑講光影凹凸,中國雕塑卻重線條,從西方來的雕塑是怎樣被改造成后來的樣子,又為什么會變成那個樣子,這是個有意思的問題,筆者從文獻對比、考證的角度對此加以梳理,進行發(fā)掘和闡述,從而欲向歷史和文化方面尋求答案,并期之以對當今雕塑創(chuàng)作能有所助益。
[Abstract]:If Buddhist sculpture is taken away, ancient Chinese sculpture will be unimaginable. Chinese Buddhist sculptures originated from India, Indian sculptures from ancient Greece, but Chinese sculptures are quite different from Western sculptures. Western sculptures speak of light and shadow, but Chinese sculptures are heavy on lines. How did sculptures from the West be transformed into what they were later like? And why did it become that way? this is an interesting question. The author combs it from the point of view of literature comparison and textual research, excavates and expounds it, so as to seek answers from historical and cultural aspects. It is helpful to sculpture creation today.
