【摘要】：醫(yī)院里人群熙攘，人們生病不足為奇；在社會(huì)大環(huán)境下，人們由于學(xué)業(yè)、工作和生活壓力過(guò)大，，也呈現(xiàn)出種種心理上的病態(tài)。作為藝術(shù)工作者，我們應(yīng)該站在精神的制高點(diǎn)上，通過(guò)影視向全社會(huì)呼喚責(zé)任和良知，呼喚靈魂的凈化和深化�！恫　愤@部劇情片在創(chuàng)作之初我找到了一個(gè)切入點(diǎn)——道德。而后，我又將當(dāng)今熱門的“醫(yī)患關(guān)系”問(wèn)題與之結(jié)合起來(lái)，形成兩條線索推動(dòng)故事的發(fā)展。 本文的第一部分，我通過(guò)靜與動(dòng)的視覺(jué)表現(xiàn)力、空鏡頭以及蒙太奇理論等藝術(shù)手法的運(yùn)用突顯了主題；第二部分，我通過(guò)剪輯和演員的選擇塑造了多種性格的特色人物；第三部分，在場(chǎng)景的選擇上，我也精益求精，力求更高的吻合度。第四部分，闡述作品光和色彩未完成的遺憾。
[Abstract]:It is not surprising that people are ill because of the bustling crowd in the hospital. In the social environment, people also show various psychological disorders due to the stress of their studies, work and life. As artists, we should stand on the commanding height of the spirit, call for responsibility and conscience to the whole society through film and television, and call for the purification and deepening of the soul. In the beginning of the creation of this drama, I found a starting point-morality. Then, I combine the hot "doctor-patient relationship" with it, and form two clues to promote the development of the story. In the first part of this paper, I highlight the theme through the use of artistic techniques such as static and dynamic visual expression, empty lens and montage theory, and the second part, I have shaped the characters of various characters through editing and the choice of actors. The third part, in the scene choice, I also strive to improve, strive for a higher degree of consistency. The fourth part, elaborated the work light and the color incomplete regret.
