【摘要】：醫(yī)療類紀錄片《人間世》一經播出便引發(fā)社會廣泛熱議。作為一部關注中國醫(yī)患關系的紀錄片,《人間世》通過構建醫(yī)院這個社會矛盾集中體現的標本,刻畫了真實的醫(yī)患關系,展現了真實的人間世態(tài)。本文通過敘述策略、表述方式、攝制手法和表現手段對其創(chuàng)作特征進行闡釋,同時從醫(yī)生、患者、醫(yī)患和醫(yī)療4個方面反映其深刻的價值導向。
[Abstract]:Once the medical documentary, the World of the World, was broadcast, it caused widespread social debate. As a documentary about the relationship between doctors and patients in China, the Human World depicts the real doctor-patient relationship and shows the real world state by constructing the specimen embodied in the social contradiction of the hospital. This paper interprets its creative characteristics through the narrative strategy, presentation, filming techniques and means of expression. At the same time, it reflects its profound value orientation from four aspects: doctors, patients, doctors and patients, and medical treatment.
