【摘要】:正專業(yè)導(dǎo)師制,是依據(jù)教師與學(xué)生的專業(yè)屬性,充分發(fā)揮專業(yè)教師在創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)過程中的專業(yè)優(yōu)勢,把學(xué)生劃分到專業(yè)教師名下,實(shí)現(xiàn)專業(yè)教師對學(xué)生進(jìn)行針對性培養(yǎng)與引導(dǎo)的教育模式。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)管理是2004年國家為適應(yīng)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展而設(shè)立的本科專業(yè),專業(yè)具有較強(qiáng)的復(fù)合、交叉性,涵蓋了文化、旅游、休閑、廣播影視、傳媒、文化經(jīng)濟(jì)等眾多學(xué)科專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的內(nèi)容,最終以培養(yǎng)具有廣闊的文化視野、具備現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營理念及管理技能的復(fù)合
[Abstract]:According to the professional attributes of teachers and students, the system of professional tutors is to give full play to the professional advantages of professional teachers in the process of cultivating innovative talents, and to divide students into the names of professional teachers. To achieve the professional teacher targeted training and guidance of the students of the educational model.
