Director Nietesh Tiwari makes the story of a simple woman growing up subtly and wonderfully true but legendary. So, is it appropriate to label the film as a feminist film? What is the inspiration and significance of the film to China, which is also a third world country? The forced Feminine consciousness film "Wrestling, Dad" tells the story of the struggle of Indian wrestler Mahavia Singh to turn his two daughters into world champions of wrestling. Gita and Barbita had the same fate as most Indian girls: married early, having children and spending their lives in kitchens and markets. Cause
