【摘要】：“醫(yī)療劇”在美國(guó)、日本等國(guó)的電視劇體系中是一種重要的劇作類(lèi)型,而提到中國(guó)的“醫(yī)療劇”,大多數(shù)觀眾對(duì)其的印象僅局限于我國(guó)香港地區(qū)曾經(jīng)播出的《妙手仁心》、《俠骨仁心》等,而對(duì)于內(nèi)地醫(yī)療劇卻了解甚少。事實(shí)上早在1987年,我國(guó)的電視熒屏上就出現(xiàn)了第一部醫(yī)療劇《希波克拉底誓言》,隨著25年的發(fā)展,我國(guó)內(nèi)地至今一共播出了15部嚴(yán)格意義上的醫(yī)療劇,從數(shù)量上來(lái)說(shuō)也算是為數(shù)不少,但是這些劇作除了題材上有明顯的共同性以外,它們的形式風(fēng)格、劇作特點(diǎn)卻形態(tài)各異,并不能構(gòu)成一種完整意義上的類(lèi)型。通過(guò)仔細(xì)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),我國(guó)的醫(yī)療劇與傳統(tǒng)的美國(guó)醫(yī)療劇的特定模式其實(shí)大相徑庭,而且隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展和演變,內(nèi)地醫(yī)療劇的現(xiàn)實(shí)主義風(fēng)格日趨明顯,其強(qiáng)烈的現(xiàn)實(shí)批判性和獨(dú)特的審美特征值得我們?nèi)ミM(jìn)行深刻地研究與探討。因此對(duì)于針對(duì)我國(guó)“醫(yī)療劇”的特殊發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,其概念的厘清和發(fā)展歷程的梳理就顯得尤為重要了。 鑒于此,本論文聚焦當(dāng)代中國(guó)內(nèi)地醫(yī)療劇的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,圍繞內(nèi)地醫(yī)療劇的本體特征,從其概念的界定、發(fā)展歷程的梳理、敘事結(jié)構(gòu)的分析、精神內(nèi)涵的解讀等多方面探究?jī)?nèi)地醫(yī)療劇的整體特征與社會(huì)價(jià)值。第一章首先對(duì)內(nèi)地醫(yī)療劇的概念進(jìn)行了合理的界定,并對(duì)其發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了梳理；第二章通過(guò)橫向類(lèi)比內(nèi)地醫(yī)療劇的敘事特征,對(duì)其人物設(shè)置及劇作結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了概括與總結(jié)；第三章則從視覺(jué)符碼、精神內(nèi)核兩個(gè)方面對(duì)醫(yī)療劇中的視覺(jué)元素和深層精神內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了的讀解。 本論文綜合了電影學(xué)、哲學(xué)、美學(xué)、心理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、傳播學(xué)、醫(yī)藥學(xué)、人類(lèi)學(xué)等多個(gè)學(xué)科方面的知識(shí),在仔細(xì)觀摩電視劇文本的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合了我國(guó)不同時(shí)期的時(shí)代文化背景,對(duì)內(nèi)地醫(yī)療劇的概念界定、發(fā)展歷程、劇作特征、精神內(nèi)核等本體特性進(jìn)行了全方位的解讀。
[Abstract]:"Medical drama" is an important type of drama in the TV drama system of the United States, Japan and other countries. And in reference to the Chinese "medical drama", most of the audience's impression is limited to the "wonderful and benevolence", "chivalrous benevolence" and so on in the Hongkong area of China, and little understanding of the internal medical drama. In fact, I was in 1987. The first medical drama "the Hippocratic oath" appeared on the television screen of the country. With the development of 25 years, China's mainland has broadcast 15 strict medical plays to the present, and the number is quite a few in quantity, but these plays have their formal style and dramatic features in addition to the obvious commonality in the subject matter. However, different forms can not form a complete type. Through careful study, it is found that the medical drama in China is quite different from that of the traditional American medical drama, and with the development and evolution of the times, the realistic style of the medical drama in the mainland is becoming more and more obvious, and its strong realistic criticism and unique aesthetic taste are strong. It is worth studying and discussing deeply. Therefore, it is particularly important to clarify the concept and the course of development for the special development of "medical drama" in China.
In view of this, this paper focuses on the present situation of the development of the medical drama in the mainland of China. In the first chapter, the concept of the mainland medical play is discussed in terms of its definition, the course of development, the analysis of the narrative structure, the interpretation of the spiritual connotation and so on. This paper makes a reasonable definition and combs the course of its development; the second chapter generalizes and summarizes the character setting and the play structure through the horizontal analogy of the narrative features of the mainland medical drama, and the third chapter carries out the visual elements and deep spiritual connotations in the medical drama from two aspects of the visual symbol and the spiritual kernel. This thesis combines the knowledge of many disciplines such as film science, philosophy, aesthetics, psychology, sociology, communication, medicine, anthropology and other disciplines. On the basis of careful observation of the text of TV dramas, it combines the cultural background of different times of our country, the definition of the concept, the development course, the feature and the spiritual kernel of the medical drama in the mainland. A comprehensive interpretation of sex is carried out.
