【摘要】：紀(jì)錄片《舌尖上的中國(guó)1》是央視綜合頻道改版后,于2012年5月14號(hào)在《魅力記錄》欄目中播出的七集電視紀(jì)錄片。它由導(dǎo)演陳曉卿執(zhí)導(dǎo),央視制作出品,是一部以美食為主題的商業(yè)紀(jì)錄片。自播出之后,就立即掀起了令人驚喜的收視狂潮,并在短時(shí)間內(nèi)迅速走紅,獲得廣大觀眾的一致好評(píng)。該紀(jì)錄片取得巨大成功,離不開(kāi)其獨(dú)具魅力的敘事策略,包括敘述者的轉(zhuǎn)換、敘述視角的選取、敘事結(jié)構(gòu)的節(jié)奏韻律以及隱含在敘事中對(duì)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化價(jià)值的傳播。本文從結(jié)構(gòu)主義敘事學(xué),符號(hào)學(xué)和傳播學(xué)理論出發(fā),試從以上幾點(diǎn)對(duì)《舌尖上的中國(guó)1》進(jìn)行文本分析,以電影敘事學(xué)的理論來(lái)研究紀(jì)錄片的敘事策略和視聽(tīng)符號(hào)運(yùn)用技巧,通過(guò)剖析該紀(jì)錄片的成功因素,為我國(guó)紀(jì)錄片創(chuàng)作更加與國(guó)際接軌,探索借鑒方法和意義。
[Abstract]:The documentary "China 1 on the tip of the tongue" is a seven-episode TV documentary broadcast on May 14, 2012 in the "Charming Records" program after the revision of CCTV's comprehensive channel. Directed by director Chen Xiaoqing and produced by CCTV, it is a gourmet-themed commercial documentary. Since the broadcast, immediately set off a surprise viewing frenzy, and in a short period of time quickly became popular, won the general audience praise. The great success of this documentary can not be separated from its charismatic narrative strategy, including the transformation of narrator, the selection of narrative perspective, the rhythm of narrative structure and the transmission of traditional Chinese cultural value implied in narrative. Starting from the theories of structuralist narratology, semiotics and communication, this paper tries to analyze the text of "China 1 on the tip of the tongue" from the above points, and to study the narrative strategy and the skills of using audio-visual symbols of the documentary with the theory of film narratology. By analyzing the successful factors of the documentary, the author explores the method and significance of reference for the documentary creation of our country more in line with the international standards.
