【摘要】：本文試圖對(duì)當(dāng)代中美主流醫(yī)療題材電視劇進(jìn)行比較研究。 第一章主要是對(duì)當(dāng)代主流醫(yī)療題材電視劇的概念和發(fā)生發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了闡述。認(rèn)為醫(yī)療劇是以醫(yī)院為背景，以醫(yī)護(hù)人員的日常工作和生活為素材，，嚴(yán)肅地探討當(dāng)下醫(yī)患矛盾、生命價(jià)值與倫理道德，展現(xiàn)醫(yī)護(hù)職業(yè)道德與個(gè)體困境，以主流意識(shí)為價(jià)值觀念，真實(shí)表現(xiàn)社會(huì)、時(shí)代沖突的現(xiàn)實(shí)主義電視劇類型。梳理中美兩國(guó)醫(yī)療劇的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)，認(rèn)為美國(guó)醫(yī)療劇已經(jīng)成熟，中國(guó)的醫(yī)療劇雖滯后于美國(guó)，卻有很大的發(fā)展空間。 第二章是從電視劇的文本入手，總結(jié)中美兩國(guó)電視劇在內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作和形式上的異同。 內(nèi)容上剖析了中美醫(yī)療劇的藝術(shù)文本在矛盾沖突的設(shè)置、人物形象的塑造和主流價(jià)值的宣揚(yáng)三個(gè)方面的異同。形式上則著重從敘事策略和視聽語(yǔ)言兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行探討。 第三章認(rèn)為中國(guó)醫(yī)療劇在創(chuàng)作上有模仿、借鑒美國(guó)醫(yī)療劇的痕跡，那么在“仿鑒”美劇之后，我國(guó)的醫(yī)療劇應(yīng)該何去何從？在美國(guó)醫(yī)療劇通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)成功對(duì)接到內(nèi)地時(shí)，國(guó)產(chǎn)醫(yī)療劇該如何應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)，既可以滿足中國(guó)觀眾的審美，又能在全球化語(yǔ)境中得以發(fā)展。對(duì)于這些問題，本文提供了一些思路和建議。
[Abstract]:This article attempts to carry on the comparative research to the contemporary Chinese and American mainstream medical drama. The first chapter is mainly about the concept and development of the mainstream medical drama. It is considered that the medical drama is based on the hospital, the daily work and life of the medical staff as the material, and seriously discusses the current doctor-patient contradictions. Life value and ethics, showing medical ethics and individual predicament, taking mainstream consciousness as value concept, expressing realistic TV play types of society and times conflict, combing the development trend of medical drama between China and America. Although Chinese medical drama lags behind the United States, it has a lot of room for development. The second chapter summarizes the similarities and differences between Chinese and American TV dramas in content creation and form. In terms of content, this paper analyzes the differences and similarities of the artistic texts of Chinese and American medical dramas in the setting of contradictions and conflicts, the shaping of characters' images and the propaganda of mainstream values, while the formal discussion focuses on the narrative strategy and audio-visual language. The third chapter thinks that the Chinese medical drama in the creation has the imitation, draws lessons from the American medical drama trace, so after "imitating" the American drama, our country's medical drama should follow? When the US medical drama successfully docked to the mainland through the Internet, how should domestic medical drama cope with the challenge, which can not only meet the aesthetic needs of the Chinese audience, but also develop in the context of globalization? This paper provides some ideas and suggestions.
