【摘要】：正2016年11月7日,媒體報道了南京多家影院映前廣告居然多達19條、時長12分鐘的消息。隨后南京市民戴女士針對四川盧米埃影業(yè)有限公司南京綠地分公司濫播映前廣告的行為提請訴訟。最近,這起針對映前廣告的訴訟正式判決,南京鼓樓區(qū)人民法院判定,被告構成對原告知情權的侵犯,責令被告對原告進行書面道歉并承擔案件受理費用。(《揚子晚報》,9月25日)戴女士所購電影票票面標注的電影播放時間是當天的20時45分,但是盧米埃影城一直播放廣告直至20時52分才開始播放正片。去過電影院的人很多都有過類似戴女士的遭遇。
