【摘要】：認(rèn)為學(xué)術(shù)期刊編輯的獨立人格精神的主要表現(xiàn)是編輯對刊物的選題策劃有獨到見解 ,對刊物進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的市場定位 ,以及在期刊生產(chǎn)和管理過程中堅持自主性等。培養(yǎng)編輯的獨立人格精神 ,要強(qiáng)調(diào)提高編輯的專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)水平和工作能力 ,并拓寬知識面。指出樹立獨立人格精神在編輯實踐中有重要的現(xiàn)實意義
[Abstract]:It is considered that the main manifestation of the independent personality spirit of the editors of academic journals is their original opinions on the selection of topics, the accurate market orientation of the journals, and their autonomy in the process of periodical production and management. In order to cultivate the independent personality of editors, it is necessary to improve the professional academic level and work ability of editors and broaden their knowledge. It is pointed out that it is of great practical significance to establish the spirit of independent personality in the practice of editing.
