【摘要】：學術(shù)期刊在國家文化和經(jīng)濟建設(shè)中占有十分重要的地位,是國家創(chuàng)造力和競爭力的重要標志之一,是國家軟實力的代表。然而我國高校學術(shù)期刊在蓬勃發(fā)展中遇到了發(fā)展瓶頸,如國際影響力較弱,發(fā)展規(guī)模分散弱小,期刊功能異化等。針對如此困境,國家新聞出版行政管理部門,期刊出版單位及科研工作者可在政策扶持、科學管理、端正態(tài)度等幾方面克服問題,探索出高校學術(shù)期刊可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:Academic journals play a very important role in the national cultural and economic construction, are one of the important symbols of national creativity and competitiveness, and represent the soft power of the country. However, the academic journals of colleges and universities in our country have encountered the bottleneck of development in the process of vigorous development. For example, the international influence is weak, the scale of development is weak, the periodical function is alienated, and so on. In view of this predicament, the state press and publication administration department, periodical publishing unit and scientific research worker can support in the policy, scientific management, and so on. Correct attitude and other aspects to overcome the problems and explore the sustainable development of academic journals in colleges and universities.
