【摘要】：正 成人教育期刊日益增多,諸多同仁新從事編輯工作,有一個(gè)較明確的質(zhì)量鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),顯得十分重要。筆者冒昧地談點(diǎn)膚淺之見。判定一個(gè)成人教育期刊辦得好與壞,首先應(yīng)該看其是否實(shí)現(xiàn)了辦刊的宗旨。做什么事,總要有一個(gè)明確的目的。目的達(dá)到了,才算是動(dòng)機(jī)與效果的統(tǒng)一。辦刊物,仍然不能例外。依此,如果辦刊宗旨全實(shí)現(xiàn)了,就高,就好;如果只是部分達(dá)到了,
