【摘要】： 21世紀(jì)進(jìn)入了信息時(shí)代,信息正日益成為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)生活的指南。農(nóng)業(yè)科技期刊作為農(nóng)業(yè)政策、農(nóng)業(yè)知識(shí)傳播的載體,以其內(nèi)容豐富、信息量大、攜帶方便、查閱便利等優(yōu)勢(shì)仍然是生產(chǎn)在農(nóng)業(yè)戰(zhàn)線上的工作者廣泛獲取知識(shí)信息的重要渠道。地方性農(nóng)業(yè)科技期刊是農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的重要組成部分,是傳播地方農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息的重要載體。研究其發(fā)展對(duì)策,對(duì)提升農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)類期刊的整體水平和對(duì)現(xiàn)代地方農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 論文是以實(shí)用為特色的定點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)調(diào)查研究,是針對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科技期刊的實(shí)證研究。論文對(duì)目前中國(guó)知網(wǎng)提供的588種農(nóng)業(yè)期刊進(jìn)行了學(xué)科類別、出版頻率、主辦單位、地區(qū)分布等分析研究,同時(shí)選擇了由地方農(nóng)業(yè)科研院所主辦與合辦的34種地方性農(nóng)業(yè)科技期刊對(duì)其組織管理形式、發(fā)行、廣告、經(jīng)費(fèi)來源渠道、年載文量、編輯力量情況等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)研,并特別分析了具有明顯地域性特征、由黑龍江省農(nóng)墾科學(xué)院主辦的地方性農(nóng)業(yè)科技期刊《現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)》(內(nèi)容包括：辦刊宗旨、報(bào)道內(nèi)容、讀者群、形式特點(diǎn)等,分析其地域性和在農(nóng)業(yè)新技術(shù)成果推廣中的地位及在科技興墾中的作用)。歸納總結(jié)出地方性農(nóng)業(yè)科技期刊的內(nèi)涵、地位、作用及地方農(nóng)業(yè)科技期刊的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,找出地方農(nóng)業(yè)科技期刊存在的主要問題,包括期刊的管理體制、運(yùn)行機(jī)制、期刊規(guī)模與布局、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷和編輯力量等方面存在的問題。結(jié)合我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科技期刊的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),借鑒兄弟期刊成功的辦刊經(jīng)驗(yàn),聯(lián)系農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)類期刊的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展特點(diǎn),研究提出了地方農(nóng)業(yè)科技期刊的發(fā)展對(duì)策,以期使地方農(nóng)業(yè)科技期刊不僅是傳播與交流科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)信息和政策導(dǎo)向的載體,更是科技成果轉(zhuǎn)移、推廣并為“三農(nóng)”服務(wù)的平臺(tái),努力打造地方農(nóng)業(yè)科技期刊核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:The 21 st century has entered the information age, information is becoming the guide of social and economic life day by day. As an agricultural policy, agricultural sci-tech periodicals are the carriers of agricultural knowledge dissemination. Because of their rich content, large amount of information, convenient carrying and convenient access, agricultural sci-tech periodicals are still the important channels for workers on the agricultural front to obtain widely knowledge and information. The local agricultural science and technology periodical is an important part of agricultural production and an important carrier to spread local agricultural science and technology information. It is of great practical significance to study its development countermeasures to improve the whole level of agricultural technical periodicals and to develop modern local agriculture. This paper is a special investigation and research on agricultural science and technology journals. This paper analyzes 588 kinds of agricultural periodicals provided by China National knowledge Network, such as subject category, publishing frequency, sponsor organization, regional distribution, etc. At the same time, 34 kinds of local agricultural science and technology periodicals, sponsored and jointly organized by local agricultural research institutes, have been selected to investigate and investigate their forms of organization and management, distribution, advertising, funding sources, annual publication volume, editorial power, and so on. In particular, it analyzes the local agricultural science and technology journal "Modern Agriculture", which has obvious regional characteristics and is sponsored by Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Reclamation and Sciences. (the contents include: the purpose of running the journal, the content of the report, the readership, the formal characteristics, etc. This paper analyzes its regional nature, its position in the popularization of new agricultural technological achievements and its role in the development of scientific and technological reclamation. This paper sums up the connotation, status, function and development status of local agricultural sci-tech periodicals, and finds out the main problems existing in local agricultural sci-tech periodicals, including the management system and operation mechanism of local agricultural sci-tech periodicals. Problems existing in the scope and layout of periodicals, marketing and editorial power. Based on the development trend of agricultural sci-tech periodicals in China, the successful running experiences of brother periodicals, and the present situation and development characteristics of agricultural technical periodicals, the development countermeasures of local agricultural sci-tech periodicals are put forward. In order to make the local agricultural sci-tech periodicals not only the carrier of the dissemination and exchange of science and technology, economic information and policy orientation, but also the platform of transferring scientific and technological achievements, popularizing and serving the "three rural areas", and striving to build the core competitiveness of the local agricultural sci-tech periodicals.
