為研究印度梨形孢(Piriformospora Indica)對(duì)香蕉抗熱性的影響及其生理生化機(jī)制,測(cè)定和比較了45℃高溫處理0 h、3 h、6 h、12 h和24 h的有/無定殖的"天寶蕉"葉片中抗氧化活性物質(zhì)活性或含量及激素含量變化情況.結(jié)果顯示:高溫處理后有/無P. indica定殖的香蕉葉片中H₂O₂含量呈先升后降的變化趨勢(shì),脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)含量呈下降趨勢(shì),同時(shí),P. indica定殖的香蕉葉片中H₂O₂、Pro和MDA含量均高于無定殖對(duì)照.高溫處理下香蕉葉片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、過氧化氫酶(CAT)、過氧化物酶(POD)和苯丙氨酸酶(PAL)活性均逐步升高,且P. indica定殖的香蕉葉片中這些指標(biāo)均低于無定殖組.
