【摘要】：社會(huì)上別有用心之人通過不擇手段,偽造剽竊他人論文來達(dá)到自己目的的行為,這不僅侵犯了原作者的權(quán)益,而且損而且損害了學(xué)術(shù)期刊的形象。必須對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)期刊實(shí)行檔案化管理,對(duì)偽造剽竊行為進(jìn)行舉證,遏制造假現(xiàn)象的滋生蔓延。
[Abstract]:The behavior of people with ulterior motives in society to achieve their own goal by forgery and plagiarism by any means not only infringes the rights and interests of the original author but also damages the image of academic journals. The archival management of academic journals and the proof of forgery and plagiarism should be carried out to curb the spread of counterfeiting.
