木薯作物遺傳資源、生物技術(shù)與育種(英文)

  木薯貯藏根具有提升世界熱區(qū)人類食物營養(yǎng)品質(zhì)的特性。本文綜述了導(dǎo)致木薯(Manihot esculenta Crantz)貯藏根特性發(fā)生顯著變化的變異、進化、遺傳資源和馴化相關(guān)的中性遺傳論題。傳統(tǒng)育種通過更新資源信息,包括遺傳資源、遺傳多樣性、基因組學(xué)、轉(zhuǎn)錄組學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)和代謝的方法改善木薯貯藏根特性,并且介紹了木薯貯藏根淀粉含量、蛋白質(zhì)含量、類胡蘿卜素含量和常規(guī)品種的改良。
