【摘要】：正為弘揚(yáng)科學(xué)精神,加強(qiáng)科學(xué)道德和學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè),抵制學(xué)術(shù)不端行為,端正學(xué)風(fēng),維護(hù)風(fēng)清氣正的良好學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)環(huán)境,重申和明確科技工作者在發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文過(guò)程中的科學(xué)道德行為規(guī)范,中國(guó)科協(xié)、教育部、科技部、衛(wèi)生計(jì)生委、中科院、工程院、自然科學(xué)基金會(huì)共同研究制定了《發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文"五不準(zhǔn)"》。
