[Abstract]:According to the statistics published recently by the Center for documentation and Information of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, "Chinese Science Measurement Indexes: statistics of papers and citations" (1998 Volume), it is shown that the 1997 American Science Citation Index (SCI) and Chinese Science Citation data (Citation data). In 1997, the two retrieval systems of CSCD collected 74485 scientific papers published by 6191 scientific research institutions (including colleges and universities) in China. Its
