【摘要】：期刊社與作者之間的關(guān)系是一種法律關(guān)系,這種法律關(guān)系具體體現(xiàn)為雙方的合同關(guān)系,期刊社與作者在這種法律關(guān)系中擁有不同的權(quán)利、義務(wù)及法律責(zé)任。只有在明確期刊社法律地位的基礎(chǔ)上,才能更好地保護(hù)期刊社和作者雙方的權(quán)利。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the periodical agency and the author is a kind of legal relationship, which is embodied in the contractual relationship between the two parties. The periodical agency and the author have different rights, obligations and legal responsibilities in this legal relationship. Only on the basis of defining the legal status of periodical societies, can the rights of both periodicals and authors be better protected.
