【摘要】：編輯審稿過程中存在眾多信息不對稱現(xiàn)象,這對編輯審稿產(chǎn)生諸多負(fù)面影響。要想消除這些影響,一要不斷提高期刊編輯的信息意識;二要不斷提高期刊編輯的知識素養(yǎng);三要建立有效的信息獲取平臺和提高編輯的信息能力。
[Abstract]:There are a lot of information asymmetry phenomena in the editing review process, which has a lot of negative effects on the editing manuscript review. In order to eliminate these effects, it is necessary to continuously improve the information consciousness of periodical editors, improve the knowledge literacy of periodical editors, and establish an effective information acquisition platform and improve the information ability of editors.
