【摘要】：審稿是編輯工作的重要組成部分。學(xué)報審稿原則可為宏觀原則、中觀原則、微觀原則；也可分為積極原則和消極原則；硬性原則和軟性原則。運(yùn)用宏觀原則應(yīng)把好三關(guān)：政治立場關(guān)、論文質(zhì)量關(guān)、論文文風(fēng)關(guān)。運(yùn)用中微觀原則要掌握六個要點(diǎn)：學(xué)術(shù)研究的先進(jìn)性、系統(tǒng)性、規(guī)范性、寫作規(guī)范和編輯業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)范等
[Abstract]:Review of manuscripts is an important part of editing work. The principles of reviewing manuscripts can be classified as macro principle, meso principle, micro principle, positive principle and negative principle, hard principle and soft principle. The application of macro-principles should be a good three-level: political position, the quality of the paper, the style of the paper. Six key points should be grasped in the application of the principle of microscopes: the advanced, systematic, normative, writing and editorial standards of academic research.
