【摘要】：科技期刊傳統(tǒng)的投審稿方式存在一定的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性和滯后性,審稿過(guò)程對(duì)于投稿者來(lái)說(shuō)是模糊的。基于國(guó)際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)(Internet)利用W eb技術(shù)專門開(kāi)發(fā)的在線投稿、審稿系統(tǒng)不僅能大大縮短投審稿周期和周轉(zhuǎn)流程,增加審稿全程的透明性,而且對(duì)體現(xiàn)科技期刊信息化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的時(shí)代特點(diǎn)起到明顯的推動(dòng)作用。本文分析了科技期刊投審稿的基本流程及其實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的途徑和方法,并以ColdFusion技術(shù)初步開(kāi)發(fā)出的一個(gè)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)為例,對(duì)科技期刊在線投審稿流程、方法以及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了有益的探索。
[Abstract]:There is a certain risk and lag in the traditional way of submitting and reviewing manuscripts in sci-tech periodicals, and the process of reviewing manuscripts is vague for contributors. Based on Internet), the online contribution system specially developed by Web technology can not only greatly shorten the cycle and turnover of the manuscript submission, but also increase the transparency of the whole process of the manuscript review. It also plays an important role in embodying the characteristics of information and networking of sci-tech periodicals. In this paper, the basic process of submitting and reviewing manuscripts of sci-tech periodicals and the ways and methods of realizing the network are analyzed, and taking an application system developed by ColdFusion technology as an example, the process of online submitting and reviewing manuscripts of sci-tech periodicals is given. The method and the existing problems are explored.
