【摘要】：專家審稿和質(zhì)量控制是醫(yī)學(xué)編輯的中心環(huán)節(jié)。美國醫(yī)學(xué)會雜志是國際性的期刊,它在美國出版。因之,本文是美國的觀點(diǎn)。醫(yī)學(xué)編輯的目的是選擇、優(yōu)化、傳播醫(yī)學(xué)論文,促進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)醫(yī)術(shù)的發(fā)展,使醫(yī)生、更為重要的使病人得到好處。據(jù)調(diào)查,美國醫(yī)生認(rèn)為期刊是最重要、最實(shí)用、最得力的信息來源,并視之為行為的榜樣。對這些信息應(yīng)加以質(zhì)量控制。編輯流程應(yīng)視為來稿與期刊出版之間的“黑匣子”。打開來看,審稿可分為兩個階段。編輯審稿,對來稿的質(zhì)量予以評估,并考慮其對讀者是否適用,不合用者即行退稿。然后進(jìn)入專家審稿。專家不是編輯但是作者的同行。專家審評有時在發(fā)表前要反復(fù)數(shù)次。有的退稿,有的退修,退稿的決定權(quán)則屬于編輯。審稿人是重要的,他
[Abstract]:Expert review of manuscripts and quality control is the central link of medical editors. The Journal of the American Medical Association is an international journal that is published in the United States. As a result, this article is the view of the United States. The purpose of medical editing is to select, optimize and disseminate medical papers, to promote the development of medical technology, to make doctors and, more importantly, to benefit patients. According to the survey, American doctors regard journals as the most important, practical, and powerful source of information and as role models for behavior. This information should be qualitatively controlled. The editing process should be regarded as the "black box" between manuscript and periodical publication. To open, the draft can be divided into two stages. Editors review manuscripts, evaluate the quality of contributions, and consider whether they are applicable to readers and reject manuscripts if they are not appropriate. Then enter the expert draft review. An expert is not an editor but an author. Expert reviews are sometimes repeated several times before publication.
