【摘要】：針對(duì)影響臨床醫(yī)學(xué)類期刊編輯審稿決策能力的因素,采取相應(yīng)措施提高編輯審稿決策能力,主要包括:加強(qiáng)對(duì)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)類期刊編輯專業(yè)知識(shí)培養(yǎng),提高編輯的專業(yè)知識(shí)水平,鼓勵(lì)編輯進(jìn)行再學(xué)習(xí),并從專家審稿過(guò)程中學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)知識(shí),參與醫(yī)生查房及交接班,向?qū)I(yè)人員學(xué)習(xí);提高臨床醫(yī)學(xué)類期刊編輯的素養(yǎng),調(diào)動(dòng)編輯的工作積極性,開(kāi)闊編輯國(guó)際視野;提高編輯組稿能力,遵循嚴(yán)格的審稿原則,運(yùn)用審稿技巧提高工作效率.
[Abstract]:In view of the factors affecting the ability of the editors of clinical medical journals to review manuscripts, corresponding measures were taken to improve the ability of editors to review manuscripts, including: strengthening the cultivation of professional knowledge of editors of clinical medical journals, and improving the level of professional knowledge of editors. Editors are encouraged to re-study and learn professional knowledge from the process of reviewing manuscripts by experts, participate in doctor rounds and shift shifts, learn from professionals, improve the quality of editors of clinical medical journals, and arouse the enthusiasm of editors. Broaden the international horizon of editors; improve the ability of editors to organize manuscripts, follow strict review principles, and improve work efficiency by means of review techniques.
