我叫XX，今年XX歲，是兩個孩子的母親。我愛我的孩子和家人，喜歡旅游和攝影。在周末，我會和丈夫帶孩子參加戶外或者義工活動，希望我們的孩子能成長為善良、開朗且富有探索精神的人。這只是我生活的一面。
另一面，我于20XX年畢業(yè)于中國前十的大學的軟件工程管理學院，在校期間與同學組團獲得了花旗軟件杯全國大賽三等獎，更在大學三年級從幾百人中脫穎而出獲得SAP公司項目管理實習生的機會。也是從那之后，我進入了SAP管理咨詢的領域。在之后7年的工作中，我先后服務于中國石油、聯(lián)想、聯(lián)合利華、Mars等多家global企業(yè)，從事銷售與客戶關系管理咨詢顧問的領域方向，負責和參與了十余個管理咨詢項目的實施與售前。
我也從初級顧問成長為資深顧問、售前經理、團隊經理的角色。
這些年的工作經驗，帶給我多方面的成長經驗：1）項目管理經驗：項目中會遇到各種困難，項目范圍變更、組織變動、資源流動、項目預算都給我的管理帶來了諸多挑戰(zhàn)；2）presentation能力：作為PM和pre-sales，我需要在有限的時間能闡述我們的思路和執(zhí)行力 3）團隊建設：我不僅負責具體的項目，，還要負責公司CRM團隊幾十人的成長和發(fā)展 4）時間管理：時間對于有了家庭的職業(yè)女性永遠是一項挑戰(zhàn)。
在我獲得了成長的同時，也意識到自己在職業(yè)發(fā)展上的不足。特別是在與企業(yè)的CEO、CIO溝通時，感到自己知識面的不足和管理思路的狹隘，我非常希望能夠提升自己視野和思維方式。而我想，在7年工作之后的沉淀和對知識補充，將是最好的一條路。

I intend toapply for your Master programme of Business Administration, because this program could allow me to break the bottlenecks of my career developments. Currently, when interacting with our companies CES or CIO, I often suffered from embracement, because my thoughts are not as broaden as they are. Hence, by pursing your MBA degree, I hope I could unlock a new way of thinking about business problems and push my career even up to the top management of the company. 

Previously, I studied software engineering in Huazhong Science and Technology University, one of the China’s top 10 universities. For me, the fleeting 4 years brought me more than profound accumulation in computing skills. First of all, it grew my confidence in striving for seemingly difficult objective. In the undergraduate days, I once cooperated with my classmates in competing in the Citi-bank Cup National Software Contest and finally won the third prize. Besides, the final part of the 4 years was the turning point of my life trajectory and also the prelude to my entry to field of management consultancy. In my junior year, I managed to stand out among over a hundred candidates and obtained the management intern position in SAP. 

Since then, I have been working in several giant multinational companiesin the field of management consultancy for over 7 years, such as Sinopec, Lenovo, Unilever, etc. I have also grown from consultant to presale manager and on to team manager, and I have engaged in or taken charge of the implementation of over 10 management projects, involving project management, team construction, resource management, etc. For instance, currently, I am working in Global Consumer Care as a CRM Consultant, where I take charge of the call center system design and business communication. I believe this diverse 7 years working experience could add to my advantages for studying your MBA degree, and the study of MBA degree could help me put all my fragmented practical experiences in an integral theoretical framework, allowing me to gain deeper insights.Besides,compared with most people of my age, as a mother of two children, I kept a well balance of personal time among work, studies, and family. I passed all those English language tests and got the SAP PA accreditation, without affecting the education of my children and my work.
