【摘要】：生產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計(jì)工作是對(duì)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)實(shí)行科學(xué)管理、監(jiān)督整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的重要手段之一,通過(guò)生產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計(jì)取得的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)方案制定、調(diào)整優(yōu)化的重要依據(jù)。當(dāng)前公司剛剛投運(yùn),統(tǒng)計(jì)工作尚未全方位展開(kāi),隨著公司生產(chǎn)逐漸步入正常軌道,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)統(tǒng)計(jì)小組建設(shè),提高專職、兼職統(tǒng)計(jì)人員素質(zhì),健全統(tǒng)計(jì)工作管理制度,形成完整、有效、配合的工作模式。
[Abstract]:Production statistics is one of the important means to carry out scientific management of production enterprises and supervise the whole production process. The statistical data obtained through production statistics is an important basis for the formulation of production plans and the adjustment and optimization of enterprises' production plans.
