【摘要】：正 統(tǒng)計是社會經(jīng)濟運行狀況的“睛雨表”和“監(jiān)測儀”,對社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有重要的導(dǎo)向作用。面對新的社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的要求,統(tǒng)計方法制度滯后與新形勢需要的突出矛盾的問題,是當(dāng)前亟需解決的。 一、推進以新國民經(jīng)濟核算體系為龍頭的統(tǒng)計方法制度改革 逐步制訂和建立面向未來和適應(yīng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的會計和核算制度,建立面向可持續(xù)發(fā)展的核算體系是統(tǒng)計發(fā)展的必然趨勢�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展是指能滿足當(dāng)代人的需求,又不損害后代人滿足其需求的發(fā)展模
[Abstract]:Positive statistics are "barometer" and "monitor" of social and economic operation, and play an important role in guiding the development of social economy. Facing the demands of the new socio-economic development strategy, the outstanding contradiction between the lag of the statistical method system and the needs of the new situation is urgently needed to be solved at present. First, to promote the reform of the statistical methodology system, which is led by the new system of national economic accounting, to gradually formulate and establish an accounting and accounting system that is oriented towards the future and adapted to the strategy of sustainable development.
