【摘要】：在C-D生產函數的基礎上設計了中國制造業(yè)投入要素空間溢出效應模型。通過對制造業(yè)空間溢出效應模型的估計和分析發(fā)現,在金融危機發(fā)生期間的2008-2010年,存在明顯的資本溢出效應和員工技能溢出效應;在后金融危機時代的2011-2012年間,資本的空間溢出效應明顯。本文在相關研究的基礎上設計了新的空間溢出效應的分解與測度方法,通過對空間溢出效應的分解測算發(fā)現,中國制造業(yè)的空間溢出效應主要體現為具有直接相鄰關系的區(qū)域間的溢出——即相鄰溢出效應,迂回溢出效應以及更復雜路徑的溢出效應相對較弱。論文最后在總結結論的基礎上針對中國制造業(yè)的發(fā)展提出幾點政策啟示。
[Abstract]:Based on C-D production function, the spatial spillover effect model of Chinese manufacturing input factors is designed. Through the estimation and analysis of the manufacturing spatial spillover effect model, it is found that there are obvious capital spillover effects and employee skills spillover effects in the period of financial crisis from 2008 to 2010. In the post-financial crisis period of 2011-2012, the spatial spillover effect of capital is obvious. In this paper, a new method of spatial spillover effect decomposition and measurement is designed on the basis of related research. The spatial spillover effect of Chinese manufacturing industry is mainly reflected in the inter-regional spillover effect with direct adjacent relationship, i.e., the adjacent spillover effect, the circuitous spillover effect and the more complex path spillover effect are relatively weak. Finally, on the basis of conclusion, this paper puts forward some policy implications for the development of Chinese manufacturing industry.
