【摘要】：外界沖擊對豬肉價格波動的影響存在非對稱性,研究這一問題對理解豬肉價格形成和制定穩(wěn)定生豬生產(chǎn)政策具有重要意義。已有豬肉價格波動性的研究忽視了外界沖擊發(fā)生時豬肉價格波動所處的周期。首先,將豬肉價格波動劃分為上漲周期和下跌周期2個階段,運用指數(shù)GARCH模型研究不同周期豬肉價格對正向沖擊和負向沖擊的非對稱性反應特征。其次,從生豬養(yǎng)殖主體結構、養(yǎng)殖者價格預期、生豬市場交易機制3個方面解釋豬肉價格非對稱性波動的原因。最后,為養(yǎng)殖者選擇生豬生產(chǎn)策略和政府部門制定穩(wěn)定生豬生產(chǎn)的政策提供政策建議。
[Abstract]:The impact of external shocks on pork price fluctuation is asymmetric. It is of great significance to understand the formation of pork price and to formulate a stable policy for pig production. Previous studies on pork price volatility have ignored the cycles in which pork prices fluctuate when external shocks occur. Firstly, the fluctuation of pork price is divided into two stages: rising cycle and falling cycle, and the asymmetric response of pork price in different periods to positive and negative shocks is studied by using the index GARCH model. Secondly, the reasons for the asymmetric fluctuation of pork prices are explained from three aspects: the main structure of pig breeding, the price expectation of breeders and the trading mechanism of pig market. Finally, it provides policy advice for breeders to choose pig production strategies and government departments to formulate policies to stabilize pig production.
