【摘要】：迄今為止 ,盡管我們?cè)诮鹑诮y(tǒng)計(jì)國(guó)際規(guī)范化方面作了很大努力 ,但在加入“WTO”等因素的客觀要求下 ,又面臨著國(guó)際規(guī)范化的改革 ,或者說(shuō)是“金融統(tǒng)計(jì)入世”。本文在認(rèn)真分析金融統(tǒng)計(jì)國(guó)際規(guī)范化客觀要求的基礎(chǔ)上 ,重點(diǎn)探討了國(guó)際規(guī)范化對(duì)提高金融統(tǒng)計(jì)水平、推動(dòng)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)更加對(duì)外開(kāi)放以及提高政府工作效率和決策水平的作用機(jī)制 ,進(jìn)而有針對(duì)性地提出了與SNA和IMF有關(guān)框架保持一致 ,按GDDS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)加快統(tǒng)計(jì)改革等國(guó)際規(guī)范化途徑。
[Abstract]:Up to now, although we have made great efforts in international standardization of financial statistics, we are faced with the reform of international standardization under the objective requirements of China's entry into WTO, or "entry into WTO of financial statistics". Based on the analysis of the objective requirements of international standardization of financial statistics, this paper focuses on the significance of international standardization in improving the level of financial statistics. In order to promote China's economy to be more open to the outside world and to improve the working efficiency and decision-making level of the government, this paper puts forward some international standardized approaches such as keeping up with SNA and IMF framework and speeding up the statistical reform according to GDDS standard.
