【摘要】：北京的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品批發(fā)市場(chǎng)曾經(jīng)為滿足人們生活需要發(fā)揮了重要作用,但是隨著人口的迅速增加,北京的大城市病凸顯,交通擁擠、環(huán)境污染等問(wèn)題日益突出,尤其是農(nóng)產(chǎn)品批發(fā)市場(chǎng)周邊已經(jīng)成為全市的交通堵點(diǎn),其疏解升級(jí)勢(shì)在必行。本文對(duì)北京農(nóng)產(chǎn)品批發(fā)市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,研究其存在的問(wèn)題和疏解升級(jí)的必要性,并借鑒現(xiàn)有農(nóng)產(chǎn)品批發(fā)市場(chǎng)搬遷和升級(jí)經(jīng)驗(yàn),在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的大背景下,提出相對(duì)系統(tǒng)化的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品批發(fā)市場(chǎng)疏解升級(jí)方案。
[Abstract]:The wholesale market for agricultural products in Beijing once played an important role in meeting the needs of people. However, with the rapid increase of population, the diseases of Beijing's big cities have become prominent, traffic congestion, environmental pollution and other problems have become increasingly prominent. In particular, the agricultural products wholesale market around has become a traffic jam point, its solution and upgrading is imperative. This paper analyzes the present situation of Beijing's wholesale market of agricultural products, studies its existing problems and the necessity of resolving the upgrading, and draws lessons from the experience of relocation and upgrading of the existing wholesale market of agricultural products, under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Put forward the relatively systematic agricultural product wholesale market solution upgrade program.
