【摘要】：正2000-2015年美國(guó)頁(yè)巖油增產(chǎn)1.7億噸,同時(shí)帶來(lái)天然氣液和凝析油產(chǎn)量迅速增長(zhǎng),使其煉油與石化產(chǎn)業(yè)重獲生機(jī),石油產(chǎn)品由凈進(jìn)口轉(zhuǎn)為凈出口,對(duì)全球貿(mào)易格局產(chǎn)生重大影響。與此同時(shí),中東地區(qū)憑借原油資源和成本優(yōu)勢(shì),掀起石油化工項(xiàng)目建設(shè)熱潮;印度煉油規(guī)模大,也已成為世界成品油出口基地之一。拉美、非洲等地區(qū)煉化發(fā)展速度放慢,甚至萎縮,而地區(qū)油品消費(fèi)快速增長(zhǎng),缺口不斷擴(kuò)大。未來(lái),受美國(guó)和中東地區(qū)成品油出口
[Abstract]:U.S. shale oil production increased by 170 million tons from 2000 to 2015, bringing rapid growth in natural gas and condensate production, reviving the refining and petrochemical industries and changing petroleum products from net imports to net exports, which has a significant impact on the global trade pattern. At the same time, with the advantage of crude oil resources and cost, the Middle East has set off a construction boom of petrochemical projects, and India has become one of the export bases of refined oil products in the world because of its large oil refining scale. In Latin America, Africa and other regions, the pace of oil refining has slowed or even shrunk, while regional oil consumption has grown rapidly and the gap has been widening. In the future, oil products from the United States and the Middle East will be exported to the United States.
