【摘要】：正2013年,在黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院和中共上海市委、上海市人民政府的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,全市認(rèn)真貫徹落實(shí)黨的十八大精神,牢牢把握穩(wěn)中求進(jìn)工作總基調(diào),緊緊圍繞創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),全力推進(jìn)穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng)、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、促改革、惠民生各項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)工作,國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)中有進(jìn),各項(xiàng)社會(huì)事業(yè)全面進(jìn)步,民生保障持續(xù)改善。
