【摘要】：第三次全國經(jīng)濟(jì)普查主要目的是全面調(diào)查了解我國第二產(chǎn)業(yè)和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)模及布局,進(jìn)一步查實(shí)服務(wù)業(yè)、戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)和小微企業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,摸清我國各類單位的基本情況,全面更新覆蓋國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各行業(yè)的基本單位名錄庫、基礎(chǔ)信息數(shù)據(jù)庫和統(tǒng)計(jì)電子地理信息系統(tǒng),為加強(qiáng)和改善宏觀調(diào)控,加快經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整,科學(xué)制定中長期發(fā)展規(guī)劃,提供科學(xué)準(zhǔn)確的統(tǒng)計(jì)信息支持。本文針對(duì)新形勢(shì)下如何做好經(jīng)濟(jì)普查數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量管控工作,進(jìn)行了一些粗淺的思考。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of the third National Economic Census is to comprehensively investigate and understand the scale and layout of the development of the secondary and tertiary industries in China, and further ascertain the development situation of the service industry, strategic emerging industries and small and micro enterprises. To find out the basic situation of all kinds of units in China, and to comprehensively update the list of basic units covering all sectors of the national economy, the database of basic information and the statistical electronic geographic information system, in order to strengthen and improve macroeconomic regulation and control, Speeding up the strategic adjustment of economic structure, making long-term development plan scientifically and providing scientific and accurate statistical information support, this paper gives some thoughts on how to do well the quality control of economic census data under the new situation.
