【摘要】：正 隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的建立,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的實(shí)行和企業(yè)勞動(dòng)工資制度的不斷深化以及企業(yè)內(nèi)部改革的逐步完善,很多企業(yè)都加強(qiáng)了勞動(dòng)工資管理基礎(chǔ)工作的建設(shè),也取得了一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)。但是,隨著計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)換,用新的管理體制的要求來(lái)衡量,勞動(dòng)工資統(tǒng)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)工作,可以說(shuō),仍然是目前勞動(dòng)工資專業(yè)管理中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。為適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的要求和企業(yè)勞動(dòng)工資制度改革的需要,不斷提高企業(yè)勞動(dòng)工資專業(yè)管理水平,提高勞資統(tǒng)計(jì)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,必須根據(jù)新的形勢(shì),進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)勞動(dòng)工資統(tǒng)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)工作。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of the market economy, the implementation of the modern enterprise system, the deepening of the enterprise labor wage system and the gradual improvement of the internal reform of the enterprise, many enterprises have strengthened the construction of the basic work of labor wage management. Some experience has also been gained. However, with the transition from a planned economy to a market economy, and as measured by the requirements of the new management system, it can be said that the basic work of labour wage statistics can be said to be, It is still a weak link in the professional management of labor wages at present. In order to meet the requirements of the market economy and the needs of the reform of the labor wage system of enterprises, it is necessary to continuously improve the professional management level of labor wages in enterprises and improve the service quality of labor statistics. Must according to the new situation, further strengthens the labor wage statistics foundation work.
