【摘要】：空間市場整合對保障糧食安全具有重要的政策含義。本文利用門限自回歸模型和中國糧食市場的價格數(shù)據(jù)對空間分隔市場的價格傳導(dǎo)和市場整合狀況進(jìn)行了研究。分析發(fā)現(xiàn),中國糧食市場的價格均衡調(diào)整速度較慢,地理距離是影響價格調(diào)整速度和貿(mào)易成本的重要因素,市場間的貿(mào)易成本空間分隔受到市場、運(yùn)輸、信息和政策等多方面條件的影響,中國糧食市場尚缺乏有效的空間套利活動。為了高效率低成本地實(shí)現(xiàn)糧食安全,需要深化體制改革、利用市場機(jī)制、降低貿(mào)易成本以推動糧食市場整合。
[Abstract]:Spatial market integration has important policy implications for ensuring food security. In this paper, the price conduction and market integration of spatially segregated markets are studied by using threshold autoregressive model and price data of Chinese grain market. The price equilibrium adjustment speed of China's grain market is relatively slow. Geographical distance is an important factor affecting the price adjustment speed and trade cost. The spatial separation of trade costs between markets is influenced by market, transportation, information and policy. In order to realize food security with high efficiency and low cost, it is necessary to deepen system reform, utilize market mechanism and reduce trade cost to promote grain market integration.
