【摘要】：我國(guó)統(tǒng)一制定實(shí)施的貨幣政策對(duì)不同性質(zhì)企業(yè)效應(yīng)存在較大差異,嚴(yán)重影響我國(guó)貨幣政策效率及有效性。文章在對(duì)貨幣政策進(jìn)行正負(fù)向沖擊分解的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用VAR模型及脈沖響應(yīng)函數(shù)對(duì)改革開放以來我國(guó)貨幣政策對(duì)不同性質(zhì)企業(yè)效應(yīng)的異質(zhì)性規(guī)律進(jìn)行考察。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示:國(guó)有及國(guó)有控股企業(yè)受擴(kuò)張性貨幣政策影響最大,外資企業(yè)則反應(yīng)最為迅速;非國(guó)有企業(yè)受緊縮性貨幣政策影響最大,但國(guó)有企業(yè)對(duì)此不敏感。不同性質(zhì)企業(yè)在融資環(huán)境、政策環(huán)境和經(jīng)營(yíng)約束方面的"錯(cuò)位"現(xiàn)象,是我國(guó)貨幣政策不同性質(zhì)企業(yè)差異效應(yīng)的原因。
[Abstract]:There are great differences in the effects of monetary policy formulated and implemented in China on different enterprises, which seriously affect the efficiency and effectiveness of monetary policy in China. This paper analyzes the positive and negative impact of monetary policy on the basis of its positive and negative impact. VAR model and impulse response function are used to investigate the heterogeneity of the effects of monetary policy on enterprises of different natures since the reform and opening up in China. The empirical results show that state-owned enterprises and state-owned holding enterprises are most affected by expansionary monetary policy. The non-state-owned enterprises are the most affected by the contractionary monetary policy, but the state-owned enterprises are not sensitive to it. Different nature of the enterprises in the financing environment, policy environment and management constraints of the "dislocation" phenomenon, Is our country monetary policy different nature enterprise difference effect reason.
