【摘要】：正 1994年中國進行了經(jīng)濟發(fā)展史上具有劃時代意義的稅制改革,在這樣一個稅制體系的框架下,中國的稅收收入始終保持了較快的增長速度。1994年全國稅收收入5070.79億元,到1999年突破1萬億元,用了5年時間,年均增長1000億元;到2001年,全國稅收收入突破1.5萬億元,用了2年時間,年均增長2000多億元;2003年,全國稅收收入又一舉突破2萬億元。而據(jù)國家稅務(wù)總局的最新數(shù)據(jù),2004年中國稅收收入正式跨上
[Abstract]:In 1994, China carried out an epoch-making reform of the tax system in the history of economic development. Under the framework of such a tax system, China's tax revenue has always maintained a relatively rapid growth rate. In 1994, the national tax revenue was five hundred and seven billion seventy-nine million yuan. By 1999, it had exceeded 1 tillion yuan, an average annual increase of 100 billion yuan in five years; by 2001, the national tax revenue had exceeded 1.5 tillion yuan, taking two years and an average annual increase of more than 200 billion yuan; and on 2003, China's tax revenue topped 2 tillion yuan in one fell swoop.
