【摘要】:隨著當前我國信息技術產(chǎn)業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,信息時代商務方式的主流正逐漸走向電子商務,這對傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營及管理的模式,都產(chǎn)生了較大的沖擊和影響。我國是農(nóng)業(yè)大國,為順應信息時代的整體趨勢,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)也紛紛投入人力和財力,根據(jù)電子商務運營模式來改造企業(yè)的運營和管理,建立起農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)銷運作的電子商務運營體系。但是由于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品相關行業(yè)具有自身獨特的特點、運營管理模式及市場規(guī)律,如果盲目的跟風電子商務,沒有適合自身特點的電子商務發(fā)展策略和成熟可靠的具體實施方案,就不能真正實現(xiàn)企業(yè)在電子商務領域積極健康的發(fā)展;谏鲜霰尘,本文選擇了從事農(nóng)產(chǎn)品運輸及銷售的萬邦農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園作為研究對象,在對萬邦農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園簡介的基礎上,通過問卷調查及訪談等方法,結合其自身特點從基建、人才、物流、支付等方面對其電子商務現(xiàn)狀進行了分析;進一步剖析了萬邦農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園電子商務發(fā)展中存在的問題,主要包括電子商務經(jīng)營觀念、產(chǎn)品、物流配送及支付問題;深入探究得出以上問題的原因:品牌缺失、外圍基礎設施建設不完善、物流配送體系不健全以及農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質量標準體系不健全等;最后,通過對萬邦農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園發(fā)展電子商務進行內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的分析,提出了進一步發(fā)展策略和建議,如加強對電子商務的重視程度和電子商務部門的組織建設,改善電子商務基建設備并打造專業(yè)的電子商務平臺,加強電子商務人才培養(yǎng)和完善人才激勵制度,建立應用信息技術的物流配送系統(tǒng),推廣信用社網(wǎng)上支付并強化第三方支付平臺的使用等。論文的研究對于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售和配送企業(yè)特別是萬邦物流園電子商務的發(fā)展提供理論參考,具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the information technology industry in our country, the mainstream of the business mode in the information age is gradually moving towards electronic commerce, which is the traditional mode of production management and management in enterprises. China is a large agricultural country, in order to comply with the information age of the overall trend, agricultural enterprises have also invested human and financial resources. According to the e-commerce operation mode to transform the operation and management of enterprises, establish the production and marketing of agricultural products operation of e-commerce operation system, but because of agricultural products related industries have their own unique characteristics. Operation management model and market law, if blindly follow the trend of e-commerce, there is no suitable for their own characteristics of e-commerce development strategy and mature and reliable specific implementation plan. Based on the above background, this paper chooses Wanbang Agricultural products Logistics Park, which is engaged in the transportation and sale of agricultural products, as the research object. On the basis of brief introduction of Wanbang Agricultural products Logistics Park, through questionnaire survey and interview, this paper analyzes the current situation of E-commerce from the aspects of infrastructure, talent, logistics, payment and so on. Further analyzed the existing problems in the development of E-commerce in Wanbang Agricultural products Logistics Park, mainly including the concept of e-commerce management, products, logistics distribution and payment issues; The reasons for these problems are as follows: lack of brand, imperfect construction of external infrastructure, imperfect distribution system of logistics and imperfect quality standard system of agricultural products. Finally, through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the development of E-commerce in Wanbang Agricultural products Logistics Park, the further development strategies and suggestions are put forward. Such as strengthening the degree of attention to e-commerce and the organization and construction of e-commerce departments, improving electronic commerce infrastructure equipment and building a professional e-commerce platform, strengthening e-commerce talent training and improving the talent incentive system. The logistics distribution system based on information technology is established. Promote credit cooperatives online payment and strengthen the use of third-party payment platform. This paper provides a theoretical reference for the development of agricultural products sales and distribution enterprises, especially Wanbang logistics park e-commerce. Has certain reference significance.
